Worst experience ever. This café charges a premium for coffee and ambiance, but neither is worth it. The café mocha here is the worst drink I’ve ever had—total waste of money. The app is a nightmare; you can’t order without a QR code, and if your phone’s Play Store region is set to the US, you can’t even download the app on Android or iOS.

Card payment was another hassle—it took a long time to work, and the place seemed deserted, which probably explains the lack of efficiency. I wanted to cancel one of my orders because payment wasn’t completed, and the order hadn’t even started, but they refused, claiming the order was already “processed.” They even said the employee would have to pay for it if I didn’t, which makes no sense.

To top it off, they asked if I wanted a strong mocha. I agreed, only to be charged an extra ₹52 without any prior notice or a detailed bill. The entire process was unnecessarily slow, and I had to wait just to make the payment. Be prepared to get charged at least 100-200 Rs more for a simple Coffee.

Female Staff are very rude while talking. Male staff mostly doesn't respond and provide bill immediately. Have to ask two to three times and then later have to go and collect my bill on cash counter. Improper and disrespectful staff over here is the most negative point. When I asked them that atleast give the bill to customer as soon as they order, the staff replied in a rude way that what we will do of your bill , take it. That was literally disrespectful. And it's not the complaint of 1st time but it was repeated again and again. Plus while ordering atleast they should greet customer like hello sir/ma'am , like happens in other CCD branch. A nice and pleasant place to dine. The ambience is cozy and cool. The feel is great comfort. The seating arrangement is great with music running in the background.

The cafe offers variety of coffee (obviously though). It also has burgers, sandwiches and croissants on the menu. The food was great and delicious.
