Disappointing Experience at Krishnum Restaurant Sadar: Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior

I recently ordered two servings of sabudana khichdi along with two kulhad lassis from Krishnum Restaurant Sadar, expecting a delightful meal. However, my experience quickly turned sour due to the restaurant's appalling service and unprofessional behavior.

Upon receiving my order, I was dismayed to find that they had only provided one kulhad lassi instead of the two I had ordered. Naturally, I promptly called the restaurant to address the issue. The manager assured me that the missing lassi would be delivered to my address within 10 minutes, which initially seemed like a reasonable solution.

However, just five minutes later, the manager called me back with an outrageous excuse. He shamelessly stated that they were unable to send the missing kulhad lassi unless I ordered something else. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and their own commitment is simply unacceptable.

Such behavior reflects a severe lack of professionalism and integrity on the part of the restaurant's management. It is utterly disappointing to see a business prioritize profit over fulfilling their obligations to their customers.

As a result of this deeply unsatisfactory experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Krishnum Restaurant Sadar to anyone. It is evident that their customer service is severely lacking, and their management is woefully incompetent. Save yourself the frustration and avoid dining at this establishment...

Krishnum food plaza is one of the best restaurant in Sadar area which provides a best south indian dishes. It has the inner as well as outdoor sitting available for the customers so that a customer gets the amazing experience of open space meal. Staff is well behaved. Food is ok considering the prices, service is ok as well. Tasty food at less cost .. Krishnum food plaza provides a lots of Verity of south indian food.. Krishnum food plaza also provides lots of combos discount and combo offers. The restaurant is Air conditioning which is helpful in Summer as well as in hot.. The parking service is not available for the customers they have to park their vehicles on road.. Krishnum food plaza provides the food online through food delivery services which is the best option to customers who likes Krishnum food plaza's taste very much.. they can order online through Uber eats, Zomato, swiggy . The one the best advantage of online food ordering is that the customer can have that product in discount provided by food delivery services. They can get the same meal/ food at cheap prices or very less cost. The overall performance is good. Some of the waiters are rude although some Waiter provides a good service.. well organised tables and all.. if I want to have a south indian meal I always liked to Order food online from uber eats and Zomato because they provide us food in less time..
