We have been visiting this place since almost two decades and there was never a complaint and we were really very satisfied with the service. But this time I ordered White Pasta, they didn't give any garlic bread, said it was out of stock. But I found a hair in the pasta, they told me they will refund the money and said they will make another one for me. I clearly said I don't want another Pasta and even first time they didn't serve garlic bread. They still said we will make pasta and ask about my table and again said they will refund the money. After a while, I went to them again to say that it was pretty late and I that I needed to leave early. They said your pasta is almost ready. I told them I cannot wait anymore and just asked for refund. Then they said they never talked anything about refund, they were talking about replacement. I tried telling them that they clearly said they would refund. But now they denied and said they were talking about replacement and later said might be a slip of tongue. Since, my brother got angry and they didn't want other customers to know about the hair in the food thing, when we told them that okay we will leave, they sent the waiter to stop us but since they lied to us in the face about refund thing, we didn't stop. Ambience: It's an air conditioned dining hall with nice patings 🥰 on the wall. Wooden furnished with glossy polish. Well maintained, hygienic.

Process: As we enter, you can see the counter on your left side. You have to take a coupon from them. We visited around 2 pm so it was not crowded but 70-80% of the sitting space was occupied. On the first floor, we have sitting started with another counter where you give your coupons. Once you get your place, they serve you the food. We were having thali so plates, bowls, spoons, glasses etc were delivered. Then they serve all the items and sweets come a little late. ☺️ You enjoy your lunch in a very soothing environment.

Service: People are very humble, down to earth. They love to serve you. They make sure you will have everything and in the desired amount. One thing is they don't force you to eat, but you should be mindful about your food portions and hunger and cravings 😅

Food: Thali has plenty of items so you can test everything without wastage. They have given enough in the first time so you can finish along all the other items. Everything was tasty and gave you amazing taste for the tongue to linger...
