🍕 Domino's Mallital, Nainital – A Bit Disappointing! 😕

Visited the Domino’s outlet in Mallital, Nainital recently with high hopes, craving their classic Margherita pizza 🍕. But unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. 😔

The pizza was quite bland – the crust felt a little too dry and the cheese lacked that usual fresh, gooey texture we all love. It didn’t have the flavorful punch Domino's is known for. Honestly, it tasted more like a reheated version than something freshly made. ❌🧀

What added to the disappointment was the slow service 🕒. Despite the outlet not being overcrowded, it took more than 25 minutes just for a basic order. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and distracted. I understand it’s a hill station and things can get hectic, but a little more attention to service quality would go a long way. 🙁👎

The ambiance of the place was decent – small and cozy, perfect for a quick bite after a stroll at the Mall Road. But the quality of food and service really pulled the whole experience down. 😬

Overall, I expected better from a well-known brand like Domino’s. Hopefully, it was just an off day. Would think twice before visiting this...

Though dominos has already degraded it's quality a lot but this place at mall road nainital is next level. I ordered 1 cheese burst pizza with paprika & jalapeno toppings ... And 1 stuffed garlic bread .. they delivered plain garlic bread sticks and a pizza with different toppings... When my husband raised the concern, the manager (Rakesh) said he will give us another order ... Now when we came here after 2 days and asked for it, his (manager) behaviour was completely different ... The worst part he denied talking to me because he was not ready to take orders from a female and kept on insisting that tell sir to come or I will only talk to sir .. that is when my husband was involved ... I wonder how uneducated or badly raised one can be that they can't stand a woman who talks sense ... They are too understaffed as well and many other customers faced order delay issues because of this .... I wish dominos would take necessary actions here ... It was too cheap to talk to someone who makes a woman feel so bad That manager did give us a replacement after a good argument but honestly this was a very bad experience not in terms of money or food...
