During our recent trip to Nainital, we had the pleasure of dining at Nanak Restaurant, conveniently located near Naini Lake on Mall Road. The restaurant's prime location made it easily accessible and offered a delightful view, enhancing our dining experience.NaNak Restaurant is an excellent choice for families. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with loved ones. However, what truly set our experience apart was the outstanding service provided by Girish Kumar.

Girish Kumar was exceptional in every aspect of his service. From the moment we walked in, his welcoming demeanor and friendly attitude made us feel right at home. He was not only efficient and professional but also incredibly humble and kind. One of the worst places in Nainital. This place treats customers like tgird class citizen. We made a simple request to add a little bit of vegetables to paneer butter masala, and they straight up denied, saying that chef will not do this because it is not part of the recipe.

My guess is that they have all the vegetables prepared in advance and only reheat before serving. They do not have live chef to prepare the subjis.

Such poor attitude from owner was shocking for me. I have seen poor behaviour of waiters, but when we call owners, they help sorr things out. But here, both waiter and owner were adamant and rigid and not willing to accept simple demand from the customer.

Edit - Read a few reviews on google maps, and quite a few people have complained of arrogant and un accommodative attitude of the staff. Honestly, I regret...

Superb! Superb! Superb! This place is so superb that I revisited Nainital to have food here. The food is good, service is also good. Everything you see on the menu is very good in taste. From tandoori parathas in breakfast, paneer dishes in lunch and dosas in dinner, everything is so yummy. You can see the reviews from the past already written on the table. But after tasting their food anyone can be convinced to write a review. The best things to be tasted here are tandoori parathas, all dosa varieties, paneer dishes in main course, dal makhni needs a little improvement and all beverages. I recommend this place if you are in mall road...
