Loved the ambience. Great place to visit as a couple or with friends to hangout & chill. Staff is efficient. The major issue for me was the service - extremely slow. Visited around 5.30/6pm on a Monday, wasn't much crowded. Yet the service was not upto the mark. Ordered hot drinks & garlic bread(was our first visit & we had to reach somewhere soon hence a really short order) we expected our order to arrive at the max within 15 minutes. Unfortunately our drinks arrived early (say within 10mins) & we waited patiently for our chilli garlic bread which took more than 30mins & we wanted to cancel it but the staff said it would take 5 mins (took another 15min) ultimately had to parcel it. Really disappointed. We were done having our drinks in that "waiting" time.
