Bunch of jokers who don't know how to read english or the at the very least have sense of how dining works. Went in after booking a deal with free drink for each guest. They only offered for 1 guest (which I'm ignoring here). They were insistent on giving me some "Lychee Watermelon" drink saying it's the only drink within offer criteria. Whereas it was a seperate category of deal other than what I had bought.

The service snafu doesn't end here. To top all of this off, the guys says I can only give you drink after the end of your meal, i.e., complete billing is done. While insisting so, the manager cites the booking T&C, which tries to say that free drink will only be given if the payment is made through the app. This gentleman and their entire management (as I was informed) believes that it means you can only get your drink after your meal is done.

That's some A-grade nonsense. Strongly recommended to avoid!

You won't find me visiting this place on my deathbed even if they are serving elixir of life, because who knows they might actually wait for my life to conclude for them to come through...

we went thinking Quotro exclusive restaurant but it's tie with di bella coffee n have limited menu Food quality was ook nothing exceptional like Parel. price for cbd standard very high. 35 table big restaurant but only 2 waiters tto take current, deliver food, pick up plates so waiting was terrible. For dessert they gave knife stand which didn't have spoon n took 5 min to get. lot of mosquitoes in outside open area where 25 table placed. no mosquito coil. overall it was a sad experience. for 4 bill was some 2600 as we didn't have full dinner due to poor service.

management need to improve greatly on service.
