Swords cafe — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

BIG NOOOO FOR THIS CAFE 1.staffs are not at all welcoming not even the owners. We ordered pasta,coffe and snacks Pasta and snacks were on time but coffee didn't served we waited for coffee almost 30min then we searched for our waiter but he was not there on the floor . Then we asked other waiter for coffee which we ordered. finally we recivied the hot coffee and it was cold as it was made 30min back. There was an annoying fan which was disturbing us a lot. So we thought we should change the place. So there was a place which was free so we thought we should shift there and we ask waiter can we shift there as that place was empty. The waiter agreed to that so we took our stuff and we shifted there. The minute we shifted there The Other waiter comes up and says that the seat is reserved you cannot sit here as the seat is already reserved. but we cannot see any board that mentions that the seat is reserved. So we shifted again we're sitting already. The table we're sitting that was for 4 people and we were 2. The other 2 chairs was empty. The waiters and the other guests who were passing through our dining table they were continuously Moving the chair here and there hence our table was also moving. The owner who was a lady there she was also facing problem to pass through the table so she took chairs aside finally for a free space. There was no fixed waiter for the table each and every time we have to search for new waiter. After all this scenario we asked for the bill the person who gave us the bill he was not having a minute to wait and see if we are paying or not he went away,after paying we waited for 5 to 10 minutes to just to confirm that we have paid. So we called a random waiter and we showed him that we paid .he took a picture of that and said thank you.

WE ALSO OWN A BUSINESS THAT TOO BELONGS TO THE SERVICE INDUSTRY WE NEVER EVER GIVEN SUCH A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE TO OUR CLINTS If you can see that your waiters were unable to manage all the coustemers there insted of gossping and chilling with your friends/family you should work on the mangement. WORST PLACE EVER...

As a regular at Sword Café, I can confidently say this place is a hidden gem! Whether I'm stopping by for a quick bite or enjoying a long, relaxed meal, the experience is always fantastic.

Their Chinese cuisine is absolutely top-notch. Every dish is packed with flavor, but the one thing I never skip is the Garlic Prawns—they’re perfectly cooked, bursting with garlicky goodness, and simply addictive. If you’re a seafood lover, this dish alone is worth the visit!

Visited this place late at night at 1am

We ordered Fresh Lime Soda Sweet and Salted and weren't disappointed with the presentation at all. They were given in glass bottles which looked cute.

We then ordered Chicken crispy and the quantity was sadly too less for two people to share given the price range of the dish.

We then ordered a Chicken Crispy Burger and it was quite decently priced and not that bad to taste either. Size was medium and taste was okayish.

We then ordered one Chicken Hakka Noodles and Chicken Triple Schezwan Rice and the quantity of the food was good in these two dishes. The taste of these two weren't that worth remembering or mentioning. Sadly the hakka noodles were too bland and the triple schezwan was too sweet plus the gravy served wasn't enticing either.

The service provided was quite decent not gonna lie. And the environment and vibe was nice too. Only downside is...
