Masala Wok — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Very rude staff. Never book this restaurant through any coupons , management never accept the coupons and offers they promised . They just put their restaurant name in the different website just to attract the crowd. There is no less than one rating option here unless I would give minus rating.

Owner responded that's what I'm editing this review. He saying how can I loose 35000 business over your 50% off offer through eatigo . You tied up with the eatigo and agreed to give certain discount, nobody forced you.HE saying it's a immediate reservation , no it's not immediate , I booked this atleast 8 hours before the slot. He said no option in the dash board to cancel the booking , but you definitely have contact details of the booking person or else you should contact etigo customer care to cancel the booking. He just think that whats the big deal , if any body came just to reply them that restaurant is full , we can't do anything. It's the way to treat a customer. If I'm the owner of the restaurant I would say sorry to customer for the inconvenience happened to the customer, nothing from the owner.

My final words here I know no one loose their business or profits. But any person primarily responsibility is to Inform to his customers that he unable to give service to them.

What an incredible restaurant! I went here with my partner and wow!! This has become our new favourite restaurant and it’s truly a hidden gem. We loved every dish we had here. The ingredients used were so premium, the taste was absolutely delicious, the quantity super amazing like 8 pcs starters in every plate and mains also in huge quantity, and the service was also so fast and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, trust me you will also come and write a review like this after trying it out.

I have been visiting this place since 2015. I must say it is a hidden gem, as many people are not aware of it ; this is may be because of its location. It is one of my personal favourite restaurant in Vashi area. Whenever I go there I try to take a new dish from their menu card. The best ones till date are Chicken Peri peri Kebab, Burnt Garlic Chicken, Chicken Manchow Soup, Drums of Heaven Chicken, etc.

Pros: It has a nice ambience (though not very lavish) A good service (staff know to explain menu & suggest you some good options) Decent priced (it will not make hole on your pocket for sure, much reasonable) A very extensive menu with a mix of all cuisines

Cons: Parking space is not much, so sometimes a problem for 4 wheeler The menu card is not properly segregated & one may have to struggle while choosing the options The sitting space is limited & one may have to wait while going there...
