Avoid this place!!!! Bad service, worst manager & staff experience, average food, below average quantity & worst Happy hour offer.. Check out my detailed review. So I went here for 1st time on saturday, as they had everyday happy hour offer till 8pm. I had also got 15% flat discount from Zomato..

1. But to my surprise, they said both offers cannot be clubbed.. So avoid this place if your looking to club any two offers.
2. Worst happy hour offer I have seen till date, mostly it is 2+1 on premium drinks, 1+1 on not so popular drink and just 200 rupees discount on mild Beers, 800 pitcher at 600, or 1400 tower at 1200.. No offer on other beers. So no use of this happy hour offer, other places offers better. So we decided, we will take zomato offer instead of happy hour offer, we order 30ml Rum they said we have to take 90ml mandatory as we are opting for Zomato offer, so they are fooling customers, why we should order more.
3. Staff is not well trained, they gave soda when we ordered coke as diluter with Rum, and they were not ready to return it saying "mereko charge lagega", is that even a excuse.
4. Food was average & the quantity was very very less considering the price, so avoid this place.
5. We had to notify couple of times to refill the tower, and they just kept the refilled tower and went, I mean who will serve it.
6. Based on overall bad experience, we decided to not pay service charge (SC), so I was going to pay via Zomato, now there manager comes and tells me service charge is mandatory if we are paying from Zomato. Dont they know the rule, SC is voluntary, that is also clearly stated on there bill.. Still they are fooling customers.. I didnt pay SC had argument with their manager. Manager said me 'Did I asked you to book from Zomato', how can they be insulting the customers.. Must say even there managers are not well trained.
7. Bad sound system, trust me will not get the vibe here. So in short, avoid this place for all...

We went to this Bollywood themed pub on an off day I.e. Wednesday. Sadly the pub was not at all packed. Had only 4-5 occupied tables. But the vibe and the interiors were amazing. Harissa Chocken Tikka was super tasty. Jamaican Jerk Chicken served on skewers was very tasty too. Their presentation was amazing and I was very impressed with it. We were enjoying the DJ a lot but after 11:30 I assume the DJ went away because after that Karaoke started and everyone tried their hand at singing. My parents too sang. Though it was a bit boring but the crowd was quite engaged. The interiors on the other hand was very refreshing due to so many photograph worthy places in the pub. Everything was amazing. The food was quite cheap too. Even the main course portions were sharable by two people. We had ordered Chicken Schezwan Sizzler and two people shared it. And we ordered Kolhapur Chicken Combo which came with Rice, Butter Naan, Chicken gravy and Daal Tadka. Again the presentation was amazing and the presentation of the food was quite enticing too. The Staff were quite polite too at the same time. Coming back again for a more filled pub which would have made the pub...

The grub here was a total letdown for the price they demanded. I mean, who in their right mind charges 600 bucks for a beer pint? Definitely not living up to the hype. These folks are just using "professionalism" as an excuse to rob you blind. And let's talk about their communication skills – absolutely ridiculous. We kept it civil, but their servers got all defensive, acting like they were doing us a favor. Plus, the management? Don't even get me started. Waiting 10-15 minutes for a single dish is a joke, and good luck getting their attention when you need it. They practically ignored us.

But the real kicker was when we got slapped with a 2200 rupee service charge while settling the bill. They flat out refused to accept Zomato Pay, trying to recover their so-called discount through this sneaky service charge. Talk about inappropriate and disrespectful. The staff? Utterly rude. For the amount we shelled out, this was a terrible experience. Seriously, think long and hard before wasting your time and money here. I'd rather hit up Socials any day...
