Chaayos Cafe at Inorbit — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

As name suggests Chaayos , a place where you can enjoy different type of chai (teas) with some finger licking snacks.

Went to this place as I've heard about this place from many people that it serves different varieties of tea and as a CHAI LOVER I can't stop myself from visiting that place.

Ambience was damn cool and soothing. It gives a positive vibes. The staff warmly welcomes the guests by saying WELCOME TO CHAAYOS. When we entered the place we really get amazed by the hospitality of the staff.

It was basically self service restaurant with a good number of people holding capicity. The decoration and lighting was really pleasing.

Let us see what we have ordered :

HOT BEVERAGES

1. KULHAD CHAI :- The chai was served in the kulhad. The kulhad was giving it a amazing taste. The chai was like I was having my mom's hand tea.

2. PAHADI CHAI :- It was more like a green tea. It was good for health and one should must try this once. It was prepared with kashmiri khawah tea leaves. Its was good and healthy.

3. SHAHI CHAI :- It was my favourite among all the chais. It was a ghick consistency. Dry fuits on top. It really tastes like heavenly tea.

SNACKS

1. BAARISH KE PAKORE :- It was really too good like it was of my home. It was having Paneer pakora, bhajiyas, chilli pakora with chilli chutney. It was served with red chilli sprikled on top and served traditionally.

2. PANEER LOADED OPEN PARATHA :- Crispy crust with soft paneer toppings. It was looking like mini pizza. Kulhad chai really complimenting the dish. It was really lip smacking.

3. PANEER BHURJI PAO :- Soft bread having paneer bhurji as topping. Bread was soft and little bit sweet and paneer bhurji was little spicy which was balancing the dish. It was too yumm and finger licking good.

SPINACH CORN CHEESE SANDWICH :- The sandwich was really yummy and tempting. It was served with a cheesy dip which was enhancing the taste and flavours of the dish. The combination of corn, spinach and cheese was really amazing and droolicious.

COLD BEVERAGES

1. CHOCOLATE CAKE SHAKE :- It was a unique shake which I never tried before. It taste like a chocolate cake but in liquid state. I had became a big fan of this cake shake. It was having a thick consistency and taste was super awesome.

2. KULFI SHAKE :- It tastes like I was drinking a kulfi shake or falooda. With a thick consistency it maintain to taste as you were tasting kulfi only.

DESSERT

1. CHOCOLATE CAKE FACTORY :- It was like I'm having a piece of cloud. It was so soft and yumm that you cannot stop yourself from appreciating it. I was totally mesmerized by its taste.

Chayoos

Navi Mumbai finally has got that Chai experience in form of chaayos. Located at the ground level entrance of the Inorbit mall, Vashi and opposite to the Vashi Railway station ; this place serves the best combination of tea one can ever ask for.

SEATING ARRANGEMENT & SERVICE : ( 5 / 5 ) Decent seating arrangement and decor. The see through glass gives good viewing at the lawn area. Service is fast as expected but hold on, few good things takes time. The lights were lit and ambiance is great.

We started of with some Chai and then to some snacks.

TRIED FEW HOT BEVERAGES LIKE AAM PAPAD CHAI ( 3.5 /5 ) Few may say chai, I would give you the detail in short. Its an Hot mango beverage. The tangy flavour of mango can be felt with every sip. Something new for youngsters as well as old schools.

DRINKING CHOCOLATE ( 4 /5 ) Our traditional, Hot chocolate. Taste good.

SHAHI CHAI ( 4.5 /5 ) This chai is for the one who loves more amount of milk in their cup. A chai with a creamy texture and hint of saffron & Garnished with almonds at top. This is served in traditional handle less Clay cups called as kulhad. Indulge in the Royal feeling.

GUR WALI CHAI ( 4 /5 ) Our season favourite, the Gur wali chai. I am found of this chai as its the most commonly found in my native place. Powdered Sugarcane jaggery is used in preparing this chai & is served in kulhad. Heavenly felling and takes you back to your native era.

KULHAD CHAI ( 4 /5 ) Masala chai with hint of saffron , served in kulhad.

THEN SOME COLD BEVERAGES MODINAGAR SHIKANJI ( 4.5 / 5 ) The name itself derives from UP, India and is basically its an version 2 of lemonade. What makes it different is the Lemonade with hint of cumin, mint , ginger and rocksalt.

KULFI SHAKE ( 4.5 / 5) Milkshake with flavours of kulfi and rose.

AND SOME SNACKS CHICKEN KHEEMA LOADED OPEN PARATHA ( 5 / 5) Chicken kheema gravy cooked to perfection and is garnished over paratha along with cheese. The paratha is thin and crispy. You would enjoy every single bite of the

STUFFED CHICKEN KULCHA ( 3.5 / 5) Chicken along with some fine green vegetables like Bell peppers, Onions etc is cooked in yellow based gravy & is then stuffed in the wheat based kulcha. The kulcha is then further baked and is served hot.

SICILIAN CHICKEN ( 4 / 5) Chicken grilled to perfection in spicy Italian style and is served in between Focaccia bread ( Flat Italian style oven baked bread )

Chaayos - A amazing heaven for Chaaai Lovers😍❤️

They specialize in 80,000 different varieties of Chaai alomg with some other ice tea's, cold beverages and shake

At their outlet along with chaai (tea) they even serve some lip smacking food which are a great accompaniment with Chaai.

Just amazing hospitality, a warm greeting with "Welcome to Chaayos" by the staff. Some calm music and perfect service by the staff which made the visit more lively and happy.

What all I tried : -Honey Ginger Lemon Tea - A common honey ginger lemon tea with some hot water in it. A soothing effect on mind and will realx you over all. If you have tried this earlier, please go for it😍😋

• Aam Papad Chai - Never heard of that before, something of hot water and aam papad. Was a bit on hot tangy side.

• Shahi Chai - Served in Kulhad, a thick chaai with some elaichi, and almond pieces in them. Perfect in sweet taste and was wuite thick which i had it with a spoon🙈😋

• Cake Shake - My favourite one in Chaayos😍😋🙈. Tried this a lot of times and never got disappointed. A thick shake with cake piece crushed with some milk and some almonds crushed and added. On a sweeter side, chocolate/cake fans just go for this😍

• Strawberry Shake - Was thick same as the chocolate one, can be better in taste by using some more milk. A bit more sweet will be better for the sweet tooth ones. 😋

• Kulhad Butter Chicken Kulcha - 2 hot kulchas served in plate accompaning the Kulhad me Butter Chicken. Some part was a lil salty and needs to be mixed properly😬. The kulhad me butter chicken is something unique which must be tried here.

• Stuffed Chicken Kulcha - The soft hot kulchas with some pices of chicken along with the chasyos masalas in it inserted inside the kulchas. New on their menu, can be selected in paneer also if you are a veg person

• Chicken Loaded Open Paratha - A paratha with loads of cheese melted with the pieces of chicken on it. The base was perfect if it would be a bit more crispy then it would be more like a pizza🙈❤️

• 2 Mins Sandwich - The last and perfect dish here. Two huge size buns in between filled with 2 mins waali special maggi, some veggies and tomatoes. Just perfect it was in terms of taste and the presentation ❤️

• Chocolate Factory - A chocolate cake piece served normally, can be much more better if some increments in chocolate inside the pastry can be done. ❤️. Chocoholics, its your option😋
