Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over two years, regularly ordering food and recommending it to others. However, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing.

On a dry day, I placed an order and was informed that I had to pick it up as the delivery service was unavailable. Upon arrival, I attempted to pay using my credit card, only to be told that the machine was "faulty." At no point during the ordering process was I informed of this issue. The owner’s son, instead of offering a solution or showing courtesy, was dismissive and unprofessional. His father later contradicted him, stating that the machine was fine but couldn't be used on a dry day—a reason I find questionable.

As a long-time patron, I expected better treatment. I suggested paying later, given the situation, but this reasonable request was denied. The son’s behavior was rude, ego-driven, and unnecessarily argumentative, leaving me with no choice but to leave without the order.

To make matters worse, I later tried to reorder, hoping to move past the unpleasant incident, but the same unprofessional attitude persisted. Despite having delivery available, I was told I’d have to pick it up myself—an obvious act of retaliation.

This behavior not only reflects poorly on the restaurant but also alienates loyal customers. Customer service and respect are essential in the hospitality business, and unfortunately, this establishment has failed on both fronts.

I hope the management takes steps to improve their service and address these issues. For now, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining or takeaway experience. Too Egoistic Son of the...

The only Ladies BAR that was located in Sector 9, Vashi since the end of the 1980s ran till the year 2002 and was later converted into "BAR" where smoking was allowed in both the sections i.e. Non-Air Conditioned and Air Conditioned. A very unhygienic toilets and kitchen. Table Service is quick but the presence of Cockroaches is quite common in their restaurant and their deep freezer. However, despite knowing all these many loyal customers visit daily. The owner of this restaurant who used to be present at the CASH Counter have limited his visits and does not care for suggestion complaints or feedback. Here, they don't accept any tips on Credit or Debit cards 💳. They insist on paying the TiPs by CASH only... Beer 🍻 here is one of the Costliest saleable items as compared to the other nearby Restaurants & bars. Overall, not a good place for those who want a SERVICE, HYGIENE & FRIENDLY approach.

This was a normal bar back in 2010 when i used to visit in my college days and when i came back to Mumbai again after around 5 years this is not the same place trust me!
