Supreme Ice Cream — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

I rarely ever leave reviews, but this experience was so disturbing that I feel compelled to share. I purchased ice cream from this shop with the expectation of a simple treat, but instead I found a millipede inside my ice cream roll. This was beyond unpleasant — it was shocking and absolutely unacceptable. Not only did it ruin my child’s appetite, but it also raised serious concerns about hygiene, quality control, and safety standards at this shop. Something like this should never happen if proper checks are in place. I hope the shop takes this seriously and investigates their production process to ensure no other customer goes through the same experience. Until then, I cannot recommend this product and will not be buying...

I have parceled it and took home for family later my sister found a millipede (called as paisa in marathi language) in a piece of it , she ignored and went for other but she again found the same insect in it and she vomited. Next day i went to the shop and complaint them about this, they said we clean our fridges regularly but dont know how it came. So they game me 2 pieces as a compensation. The worst part is here, found wheat weevil in it. The shop is mainly famous for Kulfi. The vendor sells many type of Kulfis. The most favorite among regular customer is Malai Kulfi. Strawberry 🍓, pista, almond, keser-pista, truti-fruiti, chocolate 🍫 are running products. The rates are very reasonable. It's a place of ready to eat. Plenty of car parking space near shop. Wheel chair access is not available but staff is helpful to deliver to car. The shop is open till 11.30p so customer can go after dinner. It's cash only shop. Credit debit card not accepted.
