Pathetic and horrible food we ate here, we went around 12:30pm on 9th feb . 3 of us ordered Mutton nihari , rumali roti , khamiri roti , kakori kabab mutton , chicken badami korma .
2)rumali roti was not cooked fresh they mentioned that RUMALI ROTI they get it PRE maid n warm it before serving . which is a big NO , if you eating at this level of a restaurant using that Big name ! 3)kakori kabab wa very average . tasted like old cooked minced meat shaped in a seekh n added rose flavour . didnt have any charred taste or any meaty flavour that you get from kakori . smoothness was there but taste was not good at all . 4) chicken badami korma tasted like it was cooked last night n they warmed it n served us . chicken was raw uncooked . again rose flavour with sourness was over powering .
all these food had some kinda sourness , which you get from old cooked food , reheated/cooked with some spices .
They are a disgrace to the chefs imtiaz qureshi's name they are using to sell this restaurant specially in a place like delhi . Mughal food doesnt mean you will fool people with more rose kewra flavour , uncooked meat . and highly unprofessional chefs cooking and destroying this food recipes and legacies . and playing with people's health n money . they should shut this place down or change thir chefs immidiately .
food - 1/10 service-...

The Murgh Dum Biryani was a highlight - the basmati rice was cooked to perfection, and the chicken was tender and flavorful. The 'dum' technique truly shone through in this dish, as the slow-cooked flavors melded together beautifully.
The Murgh Khurchan was another standout - the chicken was cooked just right, and the spices were balanced and aromatic. The addition of crispy onions added a nice crunch to the dish.
Lastly, the Butter Chicken Bemisal was rich and creamy, with tender chicken and a subtle blend of spices. It was a decadent treat that paired perfectly with the biryani and khurchan.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and flavor of the food from Pukhtaan. The delivery experience was seamless, and the packaging was impressive. If you're craving authentic Indian cuisine, Pukhtaan is definitely...
