The Punter House — Restaurant in New Delhi

My recent visit to The Punter House left me underwhelmed and somewhat disappointed with the overall dining experience. While I had hoped for a satisfying meal and pleasant ambiance, there were several aspects that fell short of expectations.

Ambiance: The Punter House's ambiance left much to be desired. The interior was dimly lit, giving it a rather gloomy atmosphere. The decor seemed dated and in need of a refresh. The noise level was also quite high, making it difficult to hold a conversation without raising one's voice.

Service: Service was a major letdown during my visit. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive. It took an uncomfortably long time to place our orders and even longer for the food to arrive. Requests for condiments and additional drinks were met with delays and had to be reminded multiple times.

Food Quality: The food at The Punter House was mediocre at best. The menu offered a range of options, but the execution left much to be desired. Dishes lacked flavor and finesse. The presentation was uninspiring, and portion sizes did not justify the prices. It felt like the kitchen was cutting corners with both ingredients and preparation.

Hygiene and Cleanliness: Cleanliness was an area of concern. The table settings and utensils did not appear to be properly sanitized, and the overall hygiene left me feeling uneasy, especially considering the current health concerns.

Value for Money: Considering the quality of the food, the slow service, and the subpar ambiance, The Punter House did not offer good value for money. The prices were on the higher side for what was ultimately an underwhelming...

Punter house- satya niketan Price for two : 600-700 Ambience-(4/5) divided into two floors. The first floor is calmer one with books all over so, one can easily spend time there reading books. The other floor is having dj and a small dance floor and seating for 20-30 people. The DJ is pretty upbeat. Properly air conditioned, not at all suffocating. With dim yellow light all over.

Food- (4/5)It's a multi cuisine restaurant. Which is good for friends catch up. Ordered nachos , mojito, pizza , french fries , shakes. Which were quite delicious.

Service- (4/5) the service is fast and staff is friendly and ever ready to help.

Crowd- (4/5) usually at satya niketan you won't get good crowd but here...
