Good morning!
I would like to share my recent experience at Express by Idli restaurant located at IGI AIRPORT, Terminal 1, NEW DELHI. Unfortunately, I had a bad customer service experience that left me quite upset.
Upon arrival, I noticed that there were two male staff members at the counter. My friend and I were checking out the menu on the screen when suddenly, one of the staff members named Manish started calling out a name, Chinki. We were taken aback by this behavior and looked around to see if there was anyone behind us, but there was no one.
When I approached Manish to ask if they were ready to take our order, he didn't respond, and instead, his colleague responded to us. We placed our order, and when I finished, Manish asked again what our order was, pretending like he didn't hear anything. This behavior was quite frustrating and unprofessional.
After we made the payment, Manish again started calling out the name, Chinki, repeatedly. His behavior was dominating and humiliating, and I didn't find it right. Although the food was good, I wouldn't want to go back to this restaurant again because of Manish's poor behavior.

Read moreIdli.com at Delhi International Airport (T3) is a delightful spot for anyone craving authentic South Indian flavors amidst their travels. The restaurant’s menu offers a variety of South Indian classics, but their dosa and Jain sambhar truly stand out.
The dosas are crisp, perfectly golden, and served with an assortment of flavorful chutneys. Whether you opt for the classic masala dosa or try one of their innovative variations, it’s a guaranteed treat. What truly impressed me was their Jain sambhar—a thoughtfully prepared version of the traditional dish, without onions or garlic, yet rich in flavor and spices. It’s a fantastic option for those with dietary restrictions or preferences.
The service is quick, and the ambiance is clean and inviting, making it a great choice for a wholesome, comforting meal before your flight. If you’re traveling through T3 and looking for a satisfying South Indian meal, Idli.com is a must-visit. Their dosa and Jain sambhar are not...

You would expect a crisp dosa if u have paid 270+ taxes wouldn't u? And what about sambhar? Some vegetables in it maybe? No sir. Not at idli.com. They are doing u a favor apparently (u just don't know they are) Its the most distasteful dosa I have ever eaten. (And I ate all of it. I had paid 270+ )
Would rather request u all to take that paratha or sandwich which ur mom pleads you to take along with u to the airport. Trust me it will taste divine compared to this.
Oh there was a plus side to this sad affair though. I was planning to finish off with a filter...
