Asked for a frappe, without any flavour as I find them too sweet. They don't have it. Then I asked for a cinnamon or a vanilla frappe from the menu - they don't have it. I asked for an iced latte from the menu to be blended as an alternative - they can't do it (answered with a bit of an attitude too from the batista man, which I did not appreciate). Spent 10 minutes trying to understand why not?? Because they don't have a recipe I was told. I asked if they can take the ice latte from the menu (for which they did have a recipe!) and blend it in the blender? No, they can't. Eventually they did it just before I was considering to walk out.
My husband ordered Americano, which was just a light brown coloured water and tasted horrible (and so did my coffee). The 'chocolate brownies' are in reality a sponge cake and again don't taste good at all.
The coffee shop is located in a quiet area in the food court and has comfortable seats, it's a shame though that this is the only good thing about it! We paid over 1000INR for two coffees and two brownies and honestly it was a waste of money. It would have been better and cheaper at any of the other shops (including...
Read moreThe Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3 offers a familiar café experience for travelers. The menu features a variety of coffee and tea beverages, along with snacks and desserts. The ambiance is described as relaxed and inviting, with comfortable seating and friendly staff.

Another review highlighted that staff upsell extra strong options and whipped cream, leading to significantly higher charges.
Despite these concerns, some customers appreciate the quality of service, cleanliness, and taste. A reviewer praised the fresh and customizable food options, though they noted that e-wallet payments were not accepted.
In summary, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Terminal 3 provides a standard café experience with a variety of offerings. Travelers seeking a quick coffee or snack may find it convenient, but it's advisable to be mindful of potential upselling and...
Read moreThe coffee, which we decided to try as a syrup option for a rare change was super sweet, I can't taste the coffee in it even. The biggest issue was the English breakfast, it included cold mushrooms (barely cooked and tasted raw), only 1 1/2 of a tomato (raw, and barely seasoned) not 2 1/2s like the description, some out of date soft lettuce, the least bacon-like piece of bacon I've ever seen and it tasted even worse (worse than frozen vegan bacon even), and the egg, the best part of the dish despite being barely able to taste the masala in it despite the name, + a piece of toast, the dryest least fresh croissant ive had in years. The muffin was...
