During my recent visit to the American Express Lounge at Delhi Domestic Terminal 3, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The lounge itself was relatively small, but this worked to its advantage as it provided a sense of privacy and a less crowded atmosphere.
One of the standout features of the lounge was the freshly cooked Indian food. The flavors were authentic and delicious, adding a touch of luxury to the overall experience. It was a treat to savor such high-quality cuisine while waiting for my flight.
However, what truly made the visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by Kishan. From the moment we entered, he greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. It was refreshing to see an employee in the service industry who genuinely seemed happy to be there.
Kishan's work ethic was commendable, and his dedication to his role was evident in the outstanding level of service he provided. It's rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and Kishan deserves kudos for his exceptional service.
Overall, my visit to the American Express Lounge at Delhi Domestic Terminal 3 was a delightful experience. The combination of a small, private space, delicious Indian cuisine, and the outstanding service provided by Kishan made it one of the best lounge experiences I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend this lounge to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable...

I expected a premium experience at the American Express Lounge in Delhi Airport, but what I received was far from acceptable. The service is shockingly slow — I requested a simple coffee and had to wait over 30 minutes. For a lounge that claims to offer comfort and convenience, this is entirely unacceptable.
The overall hygiene and cleanliness were also lacking. Tables were not cleared promptly, the atmosphere was unkempt, and it did not reflect the standards one expects from a globally renowned brand like American Express.
What is the point of having access to a lounge if the basic expectations of timeliness, cleanliness, and service are not met? This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially when time is valuable during travel.
American Express must take serious steps to revamp and upgrade the operations, staff training, and service quality at this lounge. It's tarnishing the brand’s image and letting loyal platinum...

The lounge itself is fantastic with great hot food and a great collection of beverages; getting 12-15 year single malts as complimentary on your platinum card is SWEET!
That said the negative experience was in how the Centurion zone had no marker stating the same. My wife walked in there assuming it was great place to sit, and had to subsequently vacate the centurion area. And then, another executive suggest that Platinum card holders can sit there and we decide to move again. This time, another barteder tells us that we need to move out.
While I understand the need to make the centurion experience exceptional, making a 70k annual card holder feel a lesser mortal is certainly not becoming of a brand like Amex that always takes good care of its premium card holders. We ended up not having a drink or eating at the lounge thanks to...
