Pathetic Service at Go Kylin, Gurgaon

I had the worst experience with Go Kylin recently. After placing an order, I was shocked when they forced me to cancel it because they were "too occupied" to fulfill it! It's like they're doing customers a favor, serving food as if it’s for free. The audacity of a restaurant to take orders and then back out is simply unacceptable.
