It is so similar yet so diverse regionally ,protein and butter, cheese rich in the mountains and full of Vegetables and sea food at the seaside.

Simple, rustic and all the more beautiful, Italian cuisine is the mother of modern European cuisine. "Ottimo at West View" is a pioneer, serving this amazing cuisine in the most authentic manner possible. Since,it started about 3 years back with Chef Vittorio, it has come a long way till date. We had a lovely experience at this beautifully romantic restaurant which also has one if the best views of the city.

Chef Akshay Bhardwaj who recently got hold of its reigns has done an amazing job,the special menu curated by him is elegantly delish.

From soups, salads to grills and pastas each creation was better than the one before. Akshay ,I have seen you creating wonders previously too, but this one is fabulous and your true worth can be very well witnessed in what you have done. The hand made pastas, the intricate flavours in the cold soup and the finesse in the contrasting textures and colours of each ingredient used can be seen clearly.
