Mad Over Donuts — Restaurant in Panvel

Was up here from a while with my friends around the morning . Ambience: vibrant orange interior must say the couch is too comfortable . The place can accommodate around 12 at a time . Staff : They were very nice to us . We waste around 30 mins to choose from the menu and they were still happily smiling .

Food : MOD doesn’t need much appreciation for their donuts . What we tried .

Very disappointed this time. My son just love mod he was waiting for me for donuts. Every time I bought 2 boxes of mini donuts. Not Acceptable at all. I have been regular customer of MOD. But this time there was a cockroach inside the box and in donut. When I was giving him donut in plate the cockroach came out from donut. Very disgusting this time. He started crying when I said don't eat there is cockroach inside. I wanted to click photo but that cockroach was alive and ran away. That cockroach must me already in the box and staff haven't Checked it and put donuts in side they should keep boxes...

Visited MOD on 4th June around 9:30 PM and had a disappointing experience. The staff gave me the wrong donut because the labels were swapped — Chocolate Therapy was tagged as Chocolate Brownie and vice versa. When I pointed it out politely, the employee responded with an irritated look instead of acknowledging the mistake.
