KFC — Restaurant in Panvel

😡 The Worst KFC outlet I've ever come accross.🤬

(NOTE : This Review is about the KFC outlet that's on the ground floor of "Little World Mall, Kharghar")

The staff here Lacks knowledge of the business and the skills needed for customer service. The Management on the other end here is as Pathetic as it can be. The wash basin here is not cleaned for like ages. U see hair, food and spit all around. Yucks!!🤢🤮 And they even leave the Doors of the Outlet open, you can't even feel the cool breeze from the A/C, cause of it.

I feel disappointed & disgusted about why did I even chose to go here, that too with my parents. Should've rather gone to Burger King🍔👑, which is right adjacent, or to a different KFC outlet. (The one at Glomax Mall, Kharghar was anyday Better. But they shutdown.)

Highlights:

1. YASMEEN - The staff at the counter, has No clue how she should be welcoming a customer. She doesn't even care to smile at 10-yo Girl, who comes to ask for a straw. Rather gives a Straight Face instead. You ask her about the offers or any suggestions on the orders, she goes Blank. She then admits that she's very new and untrained. Then I see her all the time speaking 🗣️ to someone on her phone 📱. She rather not waste her time there, and get productive. & The worst, I see her throw the waste off the Tray into a Bin - but then keep the Dirty Tray as is for Customer Use, without even Wiping it clean.

/They've just 2 staffs working... They take the orders, prepare the Orders, hand The orders. And they come clean the tables as well. Because of which there's a Lot of delay in someone coming and cleaning the table. The customers are forced to sit on the stools/chairs, where the previous customer's wastes are still on the table./

2. MANGESH - The so called "Manager" there.😶 He's as well on his phone the all time. (🐵Monkey see, Monkey do!🐒) Moreover, He's a Very arrogant fellow. I placed an order, paid Rs. 1,200/- odd. And as I made the payment I realised I actually wanted a different order. Which would go upto Rs. 1,400/- to Rs. 1,500/- So I told him, "Sir I want u to help me with another order instead, I'll pay the remaining amount". He straight was like, an order placed is placed cannot be changed. I said I just hit the pay button, not even seconds has passed by. I was even willing to Cancel the entire order and place a New one, where they could refund me for the previous order a couple days later. But This arrogant dude, instead of taking a look if something can be done and then telling me in a subtle way... He instead has the audacity to raise/point his Finger on me and tell me, "You should've thought about it before making of the payment ". 😮😕Whattt.?!! Seriously!!!🤨🤔 I then didn't say a word, took the order and left the counter.

The worst encounter ever, I tell u.!!! ❌I wouldn't suggest 'Anyone' take their Loved ones Here for any sort of Treats.❌ 🚫Trust Me, you don't wanna be disappointed / treated same.🚫 You have money to spend, rather spend it somewhere...

So I placed a delivery order with this restaurant and I had no update for an hour, I waited patiently. After that their rider Arun called me and asked me where my location is, I gave him direction and he said okay and instantly cut the call, I called him back to ensure my order was on the way, but his phone was busy and he didn't call back. I called him 6-7 times more but he didn't attend and about 25 mins later connected with me and told me that as he asked my address ,the manager told him to go to a different location and he will send another rider to my location. Then I called KFC delivery number and spoke to help line, They said the restaurant will call me. I didn't receive any call after which I called the help line again and only in my 3rd attempt I could connect with them only to be kept on hold for several minutes, finally the restaurant manager came online and told me the order had not been out because they didn't deliver in my location which was shocking for me because I order from the same restaurant at least twice a week, sometimes through zomato and if zomato is not serving then through their delivery number. I was chasing my order for almost 2 hours now and all the manager had to say was Sorry, we were trying to call you but you were not reachable which is a good excuse for the covering their mistake. On further enquiring more, the manager told me that the rider never had this conversation with him face to face. So not only was the rider Arun lying to me but also the Manager failed to do his job and provide a good service. I am heavily disappointed in KFC glomax mall, Kharghar. they didn't treat their loyal customer right. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone, delivery is a no no! they will only waste your time, because they don't care about you. They lost a loyal customer today, Please don't order from this place or you could be the next victim of their ignorance and your time and money...

One callout ! Delay! Lots and lots of delay! Be prepared to wait for atleast 15-20 mins for food and then it comes in parts also. Visited this place on a rainy day as I couldn't make it anywhere else and we were in a hurry. The mall is in a really sorry state with water leaking from the roof and no outlets functioning and really stinky and broken toilets. Seems like nothing is functioning in this mall other than KFC. It took a good 10 mins for someone to take my order because the person was serving and watching the counter as well! Well way to go for optimization. Once the order was placed I was asked to stand in the next counter to collect my food with 2 other.pople who were waiting since the past 10 mins (from when I entered) and a highly drenched swiggy delivery guy. The serving lady was prioritizing swiggy as I dont know they probably had a penalty. Post 15 mins our food came but only 60% of it. Another 10 mins later the rice bowl came which made the total wait time to be around 25 mins. In this time we would have got our food from a regular restaurant faster. Opted for fast food because of lack of time but it was a mistake! Saving grace for 3 stars is that atleast the food was hot and upto...
