The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Panvel

This one is different from all other Belgian Waffle outlets I've visited. All Belgian Waffle outlets have posters all around the store which are sarcastically funny and convey some message about waffles added to this, the louder music and medium cold air which was bearable complimented my waffle experience. The workforce here is really friendly and doesn't force you to try what they prefer unless asked.

The store is not accessible with a wheelchair or anything similar. There are small steps which are 2 or 3 in number. Waffles and the drinks that they offer is very good in quality and maintains the standards of the Belgian Waffle Co. When the Panvel Belgian Waffle Co. doesn't have electricity on Tuesdays (because of the Municipality regulations), Kharghar Belgian Waffle is the saviour. Hope this review was found helpful. Unpleasant Experience and Unhygienic Environment

As a regular customer of Belgium Waffle, I was deeply disappointed with my recent visit. While I was trying to enjoy my order, there was drilling work going on nearby, creating a lot of noise and dust. To make matters worse, the lids of the food containers were left open during this, which was highly unhygienic.

When I politely requested the staff to consider postponing the work until after the store closed, one staff member rudely shouted at me instead of addressing my concern. She even went so far as to suggest I take a refund and leave.

This behavior was not only unprofessional but also disheartening, especially for a loyal customer like me. Basic courtesy and proper hygiene standards are the least one can expect from a reputable...

Went there after dinner to get some waffles and pancakes. The staff was so rude. I wanted to get some waffles with ice cream and when I enquired how are you serving it, they said in a thin paper cone. Its hard to eat waffles with ice cream in just a thin paper cone so I asked if they could give me one of the hard boxes that they are using for pancakes. He said No. I requested them again politely that the boxes would be better as the ice cream will melt and the paper cone is so thin its gonna be saggy and the experience will be ruined. He blatantly denied. We had to leave without buying the waffles and pancakes. Any random brand has better behaved staff and better arrangements to serve food. Such a shame how these so called big brands treat their customers. Avoid this place...
