PopTates is an urban themed restaurant with quick foods, appetizers, curries & bowls, pastas, pizzas and many more both veg and non veg. The hospitality of the restaurant is top notch, attends promptly and helps understand the choice of order very well. The seating arrangements are very casual and the bar section looks amazing. The place is nice and comfy, a great spot for casual meetups, get together or dates. . From the menu, we ordered : Mushroom Chilli Oyster : Fried Mushroom tossed in Oyster Sauce. Grilled Chicken Tikka : Smokey and Grilled Chicken Tikka pieces. Schezwan Prawn : Fried Prawns tossed in Schezwan Sauce. Pepper Blasted Chicken : Fried Chicken Tender tosses in their homemade Pepper Sauce. Fish Manchurian Bowl : Fried Rice with Fish Manchurian Gravy. Mixed Meat Loaded Sizzler : Fried Chicken, Basa and Prawns tossed in their homemade sauce with Fried Noodles, Potato mash filled Bell Pepper and French Fries served on Hot Sizzling Iron Plate. Spaghetti Balle Balle : Spaghetti in Makhani sauce and Chicken Pieces served with Garlic Bread. Chicken Lasagna : Layered Pasta sheets with sauces, cheese and Chicken Keema. . Everything served from the PopTates tasted absolutely great, and the quality of food seems great. Food was served piping hot and the presentation of every dish was urban and modern. Mushrooms were well cooked and the sauce tasted great, a hint of sour and sweet was good. Grilled Chicken Tikka was amazing, chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy and succulent. The flavors of chicken and smoky flavor was absolutely amazing. Prawns were not the best yet great, but the schezwan sauce can be a little more flavorful. Pepper Blasted Chicken was a different bit, the heavy yet not so overpowering pepper flavor was on point. Fish Manchurian bowl tasted amazing, the gravy and fried rice paired very well. Fish manchurians also tasted good but lacked a little flavor, but overall the gravy was complimenting those. Sizzler was awesome, every element of it was great, be it the chicken, fish or the prawns, cooked to perfection and perfect balance of sour, sweet and spicy. Spaghetti Balle Balle was mind-blowing, I literally would really love to order in this every time i visit the place, spaghetti cooked in makhani sauce just hits different and those succulent pieces of chicken are just cherry on top. Even the Chicken Lasagna was absolutely amazing. There was ample proportion of sauce to the layers ratio. Everything was balanced on point. I liked the way they used chicken keema instead of tenders or pieces. Pasta sheets were cooked nice to the bite. . . For an urban and youthful crowd this places serves an amazing variety of cuisine. Pop Tate's is located in Orion mall, panvel. It is on the 3rd floor of the Orion mall. It is famous for its amazing and tasty food and this outlet also serves the same tasty food like its other outlets. We started off with some mocktails. They have a nice variety of mocktails from which I tried the summer breeze and the after glow. Bot the drinks were refreshing enough.

Starters:- Poptates fried chicken - this is their specialty pop Tate's fried chicken which is boneless and they serve it with Schezwan sauce. (INR 264) Chicken pops - the chicken pops were the same as the fried chicken just smaller in size. They are the same as the chicken popcorn. (INR 264) Chicken tandoori pizza - the pizza was nice and cheesy and the shredded chicken on top of it was just amazing. Old monk chicken wings - nice chicken wings cooked in barbecue sauce, they were very tasty. (INR 269) Chicken Piri Piri kebabs -this was some amazing type of kebabs I never tasted. It is a must-try dish. (INR 259)

Mains:- Chicken tikka biryani - the representation of the Biryani was just top-notch and the chicken tikka in it was amazing. The rice was perfectly cooked and mixed well with chicken tikka. (INR 374) Chicken steak sizzler - sizzlers are a specialty in pop Tate's and I liked the chicken steak sizzler very much. (INR 399) Chicken lasagne - the perfect dish for a meal and for all cheese lovers. Nice small minced chicken meat mixed well with the cheese. in all a perfect dish. (INR 374)

Dessert, Sizzling chocolate brownie - nice brownie with lots of nuts and vanilla ice-cream on top of it. (INR 173)

The ambience of this place is also very nice and the staff is also very helpful. In all, it is a nice place to try some amazing food if you are living in Panvel.

I had two unfortunate experiences at this establishment that left me feeling very disappointed. During my first visit, I was interested in taking advantage of the advertised drink promotions. However, despite confirming the offer with several staff members, I later found out that the promotion was not available when I received my bill. The manager was unhelpful and did not address the issue, only offering a complimentary dessert which turned out to be bribe to let go of the situation. It was an uncomfortable situation, and I ended up paying an inflated bill.

On another occasion, I was disappointed to discover that the restaurant does not have an indoor washroom, which is inconvenient for patrons who have to use the mall's facilities. Unfortunately, one of my friends had an urgent situation, and we were using the mall's washroom when the manager asked us to pay our bill first. This was quite embarrassing, and the manager did not show any empathy or concern for the situation.

Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service at this establishment. While the food was decent, the experience left a bad taste. I would not recommend this restaurant, as there are many other options available that offer better customer service...
