May2025 Suruchi Sweet shop . We recently visited this sweet shop located beside Suruchi Veg Restaurant. The variety of sweets here is impressive, and it's a great place to try different kinds of treats. We had the samosa and malai sandwich—both were delicious and fresh. However, one concern was that the serving staff handled the food with bare hands, as they weren’t wearing gloves. It would be great if hygiene practices could be improved in this regard. Overall, it’s a good spot for sweets, but some attention to cleanliness would make the experience even better.

10min away from the panvel station. AC and nonAC both the options are available. The ambience is very good here . A good place to have food with your loved ones . Best taste ever. Service is great . This time i visited for lunch , Paneer crispy was so yummy. The quantity was too much . The paneer was fresh and delicious. Paav bhaji is best in taste . Toaste sandwich 🥪, masala dosa and sadha dosa , mosnmbi juice 🥤 are really good in taste. I love the food here . The kitchen is clean and open , Airy . Heigene is maintained. 5 stars for the suruchi.

Dec 2023 Ordered butter naan, butter roti , veg kadhai , daal khichdi tadka , orange juice , sweet lime soda . All these food were good in taste. But veg kadhai quantity was less and also it was lack in salt . .

2024 Many times we visited here for snacks or dinner . We just love the food from Suruchi . We visit here only No matter its bday or anniversary celebration because we are really comfortable with the food here . Now a day our favourite dish is Sadha Dosa and coconut Chatani . Paavbhaji also . For lunch we order veg thali 😋😋 For dinner we order, veg birayani or Harabhara kabab masala with roti . Or special veg...

Since 4-5 years we had been visiting and dining in Suruchi. Sometimes we booked party hall also for our get-together.

Better hotel for Veg cuisine before lockdown. Ambience is good but there is No parking space. Nowadays quality was differed.

Highly disappointed with service. Recently last week we had food there.At 3.30pm Waiter said, "Jaldi order karo, Hotel band hone wala hai."

It' looks like very unprofessional behaviour.

Taste was average. It seems that Only Water was best in taste. They served us uncooked paratha, which was totally unbaked from inside. (After telling them, they didn't take a bill of it.)

They gave Muramba as complimentary with pickles, which tastes good.

You can try all sweets from their outlet. Angoor Basundi, Rasmalai, Amrut Pedha or almost all sweets tastes good and quality was best in panvel. But in hotel they need to improve.

Like: Fried rice, Daal tadka, Muramba, All sweet items.

Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff at Suruchi Hotel. I visited the hotel two days in a row, and both times had a bad experience.

On the first day, a staff member rudely told me to place my lunch order within 10 minutes or they wouldn't serve. The tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

On the second day, I visited around 4:15 PM, knowing that lunch items wouldn’t be available at that time. I simply sat at a table, and the same staff member approached me again — this time even more arrogantly — and told me off for being there during that hour. I was shocked and frustrated, but chose not to respond.

However, I want to mention that the cleaning and serving staff were really good — polite, attentive, and professional. They treated customers with respect and warmth, which was a positive part of the visit.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Basic courtesy and customer service are completely missing here. Definitely not...
