This is how they make Pizza (Image Attached) and they are proud of it, on top of that they do not have the courtesy to accept their mistake. I had written a feedback once for the same and the person on the call is not willing to listen and keeps on blabbering. He even asked me that next time don't write a feedback, call the branch directly. 👏👏

And this is not just about one time, it's everytime.

Earlier this branch used to be good, but from past 2 years this is the worst ever branch of Dominos. They literally do not know how to make Pizzas!

Sometimes the toppings are completely struck at the top or at the side of the box. Once I ordered extra cheese pizza, it was so soggy and bad, as if I ordered a cheap extra cheese grilled sandwich from a local shop. And I am talking about immediate consumption. Sometimes the topping or sauce of Pizza or seasonings of Garlic bread are not done properly. Sometimes the shape of the Pizza is totally off.

Normally Medium and Large Pizzas are shared among people. They will cut 3-4 slices extremely huge and 2-3 slices absolute miniature.

Not even once in these years they have served a proper Pizza.

I would request Dominos to look into this matter and if possible recruit some trained professionals to work here.

Note for the Customers: Avoid this branch if you can, but if you have no option (because of your love for Dominos generally), Open the box in front of the delivery guy and if you didn't find it in a proper condition simply return or ask for replacement then and there only. Do not accept this non sense at any cost.

Please Please !!!!! don’t order anything from Paschim Vihar dominos (D-MALL)outlet .As they serve unhygienic food and don’t care about your order. Last Friday I have ordered for 4 pizzas from this outlet they told me to be deliver with in 1 hr. to my home. After 1 hr. I called them the telecaller he said that the boy on the way to my home but no one came as the 1:30 hrs. past and I am still looking for my order after 1:45 hrs. the boy came with smashed freezing pizzas. When I asked the boy he told me that due to heavy rainfall the order is not in proper condition to deliver (“so why the store delivering this kind of order”) then I have a words with MR PRAVEEN STORE MANGER he told me have RS 300 discount and accept the order otherwise he will change my order and deliver same order in 1 hour means he want me to wait till 11 pm till the store get close. The reason why the pizza get mashed with box because the don’t use lid which make the gap between pizza and box. Last but not the least one of my family member suffering from food poisoning due to bad quality of pizzas serves by this store. MY ORDER NO WAS 314 IT'S WAS ORDER ON LAST FRIDAY

On 1/1/2025 we went to Dosa Corner for New Year Party Celebration where there was a huge crowd. So we cancelled the program there and made it for Dominos Paschim Vihar D Mall. My biggest mistake was that I planned a party at Domino's. When we were coming for Dominos, my child felt like having a cold drink on the way, for which I took a cold drink. In which cold drink was left, so I did not place my order of 5 Pizza, 1 Garlic Bread, 2 Choco Lava, 1 Pizza Burger. Seeing this, the staff person told me that you have a cold drink taken from outside, you cannot sit here and eat pizza with this cold drink. I felt so bad after seeing this. But I always ordered take away, for the first time I thought of eating in meetings and got such an experience. We have eaten Domino's pizza outside purchase while sitting in the train, while sitting in the airport, while sitting in the bus stand, while sitting in another restaurant.
