Burger King — Restaurant in Patiala

Greetings from the regular customer of burger king!

It was really shocking to say you that i felt latest service as a poorest service ever. I was a kid when i’m the customer of burger king but today, I am getting tired of this kind of service.

I ordered medium fries , chicken whopper and one more thing . The thing is If i can wait for last 25 min i can also wait for 5-6 minutes. They have to figure it out why the fries are so coldy?? Is it my duty to heat up the fries at the store? It’s not about late night order. If i’m ordering the food by 1:00am at night it means i’m expecting much better service . Fries were coldy , there is even no single napkin in the bag.

This is the manners of burger king!! How can we clean up our faces without tissues?? It’s obviously a common thing if you’re serving the food you have to put tissues on it simple? If you’re expecting that customer will bear the amount of tissues also. sorry!! We are already getting excellent service from burger king i’m going to pay extra for tissues too!

The food was cold , is it my duty to tell to hot my food?? I was a customer of burger king till now but seriously from now onwards i don’t want to be !!

Here is my invoice amount as per attached documents. Please figure it out and tell me my mistake? Why they give me cold food??? My house is so near to burger king it takes only hardly 5-6 mins to reach at my destiny , it’s impossible in just 5-6 min food will be cold! I don’t order cold drink dear to eat!! I order fries ! Which i was expecting it will be the best ! But it was not! And it was not fried well also!

I want to raise this complaint on more! So that no one will can harass as like me in the midnight...

Update 16th Aug25: As always very good experience. Always fresh and tasty food ( being vegetarian only review for veg items). Staff is excellent and soft spoken.

Ground floor sitting area is always full with customers but generally we wait for 20-30 minutes but this time kids were hungry so after ordering we went to basement sitting area.

It was also beautifully decorated because of independence day.

Interior decoration is also top notch. Cooling is great and hygiene is also maintained.

For Management:- Only -ve thing that we faced this time, was flies 🪰🪰🪰 which were trying to sit on food and our one hand 💪🏻 was busy all the time to keep them away. One flies killer was installed on the wall near stairs but that's not enough. Need more (4 to 5) near eating area to avoid such uncomfortable situation. Hope Management will take action on my...

I ordered a BK Chicken Burger meal with medium French fries, a large Coca-Cola, veggie strips, and 4 chicken wings. However, when I got home and started eating, I realized that they hadn’t given me the BK Chicken Burger. Everything else was there, but the main item the burger was missing! This is extremely disappointing. Why can’t employees double-check the orders before handing them over? Both bills clearly list all six items, including the burger, yet it was missing from my bag. I can’t even return or replace the order now because I had already eaten half of the meal before noticing the mistake. It’s really frustrating when basic attention to detail is missing in service.
