Cafe Delhi Heights — Restaurant in Patiala

Cafe Delhi heights, the only high thing in my experience was that the restaurant name had heights, otherwise it was like Delhi traffic, miserable. We ordered a variety of items, the veg momos were nice, the chutneys that came with it were great as well, but the pasta cannelloni had over cooked chicken, the tandoori chicken on the other hand was undercooked, so neither dishes were completely enjoyable, the fries were ok and as they should be, a normality in a chaotic evening, all other dishes and drinks we had were par. The service was a calamity right from the beginning, as the servers had no clue on which drinks were available, and one drink had to replaced as the primary component was suddenly no longer available. After discovering the overcooked chicken, the manager and chefs tried to fools us by saying the chicken can’t be over cooked and refused a refund, instead offering a membership...

I came in with a hint of skepticism owing to the previous few experiences that I've had with other cafes. But as soon as I came in I knew I had no reason to be doubtful. The colours and the cleanliness and the music lures you in. As soon as I was seated I asked about my favourite beverage coffee and they called the coffee master who I knew from earlier which i discovered. He explained to me the different coffees and I ordered a flat white. It came in a big enough cup and three surprise biscuits. The atmosphere the music the ambience and the polite staff all add to an unforgettable experience and another positive thing about the place is it's capacity which is I think the biggest for a cafe in Patiala. And to add to the list the coffee tasted...

Food quality and taste was good, not exceptional, it taste usual as of other good places in the city.

Ambience is the only thing here.

Staff is not professional, no smile on face, we waited many times for small things like tissue forks, they are always in hurry to clean the table and pick up the menu, i was expecting better hospitality, infact my family whom i praised this place alot before coming was making fun afterwards🥲

More or less consider only if you want to try something which no other place serve, or you are asking someone for a date, ambience and coffee won’t disappoint you. Don’t expect much on staff service.

Tip: check out they will add service charge in bill without asking. You can give if you like...
