Subway WT Pondicherry — Restaurant in Puducherry

Not once have they followed my instructions on swiggy. Whichever I unchecked from the list of options, they included. Whichever I checked, they didn’t include. The bun was so dry, the contents inside wasn’t even heated up, it was stale and cold.

I ordered a normal tuna 15cm sandwich, with no onions, no cucumber , not to include bbq sauce, and add more cheese.

Also…. Why am I paying so much just to eat a vegetable bun? There was hardly a teaspoon of TUNA in there!!!!! IM SO SO SO SO PISSED FOR EATING THIS GARBAGE WHEN I WAS LITERALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THE TUNA IN IT!!!!!

And all I get is crappy food and a stomach ache from consuming that since I had no choice but to eat it because I was starving.

It’s not just this joint, it’s the same everywhere, even in Chennai.

Truly disappointed that I have to experience this everywhere over and over again thinking it might be better elsewhere.

The same employee uses the same glove to use his phone and prepare the sandwich. A well-bearded manager handles his beard and hair then takes the cakes with his hands without gloves. The staff is friendly and the food tastes the same as you get in any other good Subway in India. It is well maintained and clean too compared to the KFC in Pondicherry White Town which stinks and is not upto standards. Been to this Subway store many times and never was disappointed. Try the icecream for desserts, it's worth it. Far better choice than KFC if you're near White Town and looking for food chain outlet. Also recommend the Zuka cafe next door for an overdose of cocoa. Liked the ambience and friendly staff. Very next to it find Gelato Factory for gelatos and fresh juice. Overall, Mission Street is the place you must explore in Pondicherry if...
