I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received here last night (Sunday, 8/12/24). As a regular customer, I've always enjoyed my meals here, but the experience was unacceptable this time.

I placed my order at 8 pm when the restaurant was almost empty. However, it took over 1 hour to receive my starters.

When I escalated this issue to the manager, I was disappointed by their response. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they bluntly asked me to pay the bill and try somewhere else for the main course. No apology, no explanation, and no attempt to make things right.

I had a very poor experience at this restaurant. I went with family and infantI ordered foods and for just one soup, it took more than an hour to arrive — absolutely unacceptable! The service was extremely slow and unorganized. Due to the long delay, I had to cancel the rest of my order. Staff didn’t seem apologetic or bothered by the delay either.
