Oh Pondi! — Restaurant in Puducherry

First of all, they have got two singers who don't know how to sing. They were literally murdering really awesome tamil songs. They didn't even know how to sing. The speakers were blaring and we requested twice to reduce the volume but nothing happened. They said they would but didn't do that at all.

Worst service ever. No one will give you water unless asked and they'll force you to buy their water bottle instead of serving water like establishments should acoording to the law. I am okay paying for the water too. But it was the worst flimsiest water bottle when you hold it which will spill water since it has a thin wall. No one will help you. Asian house but the worst asian food and they don't have chopsticks. They gave us unclean plates and asked us to use the tissuepaper to clean the plates we eat in.

Finally they had the gall to add 5% service tips. We literally tip generally but this is egregious.

Worst experience, orders are not taken properly and food is not at all good, taste is not up to the mark and after going through the bill some extra service charges are added. We ordered a dish after finding that it's special dish for the day by the bearer which is not present in the menu, that dish tasted worst among all dishes, the price of that dish was not intimated while ordering, but in the bill it was mentioned with some other dish name and the price of that dish is given as their wish, that's too high. By the way that dish is Korean lobster 🦞. Finally, not a great experience to have dinner here. Not...
