Baker's Basket — Restaurant in Pune

Not at all surprised to see that this branch is rated 3 star! Their service actually deserves not even 1. Just 10 minutes ago the staff confirmed my order & a minute ago they said the cake is not available. This is the third time I’ve experienced this and forced to write a negative review but this is what this branch actually delivers, pure disappointment. Their chocolate temptation is always out of stock! They don’t even have good communication between their own branches, doesn’t the staff have a basic IQ of arranging it from the other branch, man these people seriously need to learn basic customer ethics. I was at this bakery earlier today, I must admit they have one of the freshest pastries I’ve eaten in a very long time. I went for the classic pineapple cake, the cool cake was well balanced, airy and fresh. I also have some plum cake which I can’t wait to try.

I also saw naan khatai, stolen cake and savouries all of which looked really good. The store is open till 11PM on all days and until 1AM during holidays. I would recommend this bakery if you’re in this neighbourhood and are looking for a quick bite.
