Biggies Burger: Westend Mall — Restaurant in Pune

This place is a great example of what not to do if you are in service business. The burger is great but when I politely complained about the chocolate lava cake which had became rubbery, the lady at the counter offer to heat it up with added chocolate syrup. I said okay and the choco lava cake came out to be rubbery again. I said I have eaten the cake before at multiple places and there is something wrong with the cake, please refund the money. The lady clearly declined saying this is all I can do. Even a roadside thela will offer a replacement or a refund when someone complains about their food. These guys exist since 2011 and still don’t know what service is. I feel pity for such businesses.

Also their mojito is below par. Just a syrup with half dried...

I loved the burger , it felt different then other burger and it's quality was superb .. after a long time I got to eat so good burger which meant to have equal amount of ingredients in their burger . Just spotted this new burger at westend mall and I hope you'll will also love it .. it's cheese burger as their pati is soo felt like having no extra just normal and perfect burger like how it should be and it was very very tasty to have it ... Must try .. volcano cheese burger tandoor, panner is also available... Non veg burgers are also available but I wanted to try the other items of their menu so going for 4 now out of 5 stars but definitely better than burger King and...

I had a double patty spicy chicken burger here. I'm pretty sure they used processed, and probably frozen burger patties, not something cooked fresh at the outlet; a congealed mish mash of manufactured chicken bits. It's disappointing to see something marketed as a burger joint whereas it's probably just an assembly point for factory made eatables. Nothing special, just generic fast food.
