This place is in the food court of West End Mall. Two people at the counter tried to explain about their food. One on left told about the grilled ones and the other one the right gave idea about tandoor ones. Traditional touch, you won't get the fine dine waiter/manager type conversation, some people may find it rude. You will have a confusion about the counter to order. They have the food on display, and the serving is accurately exact as the display.
I had a good experience from their outlet in Seasons Mall since about a decade. But at West End Mall it changed.
The spices were magically nice, akin to their Seasons Mall predecessor but the chicken wasn't marinated. You will taste the non marinated chicken in big sized pieces.
One more big flaw. Most likely the defect is either in their cold storage or unscrupulous handling. Out of eight big pieces one was rotten (like the food gets stale if kept outside for several hours). Another piece tasted like it was kept frozen for months beyond permissible limits before it was finally grilled. Only six out of eight big pieces were fresh pieces and well spiced on surface. Being perfectly grilled at high temperatures probably was the reason why it didn't reach the threshold of a food poisioning.
I advice the owner to take care of the rotten pieces and months old frozen pieces to improve the customer delight; otherwise they may end up with complaints with the local...
Read moreCafe Arabia is located at the food court in Westend Mall. I tried their Fattoush Salad and it was really delicious! The salad has cottage cheese, lettuce, onion, cucumber, black olives and bell peppers. But what made the salad really stand out was it's herb vinaigrette! This salad dressing was really flavourful and the amount added was also generous. I really wanted to try their hummus and pita as well as their falafel. So I ended up taking their mezze platter, which is a really good option if you want to try different things in their menu! It comes with falafel, two pieces of grilled chicken, chicken shawarma pieces, grilled zatar pita, hummus, harissa dip. The zatar pita is really delicious and tasted good even without any hummus! I really enjoyed the harissa dip too, which was spicy and added more flavour. It worked well as a dip even with the chicken pieces! The grilled chicken was really good too. And with that I also ordered the Arabian grilled chicken, but unfortunately that was not cooked as well as the one provided with the platter. The Arabian grilled chicken is also served with plain pita bread and hummus and harissa dip, which were all good! Overall I enjoyed my meal at Cafe Arabia and will definitely be going back to try some more options like...

👉 Service :- It was good.
👉 Staff :- Very Humble and Cooperative.
👉 Lets come to the food we tried :-
🔹Mix Meeze Platter :- It consists falafel bullets, hummus, pita bread, fattoush salad, chicken shawarma strips and grilled chicken pieces. It was served with harissa dip. I loved the falafel bullets, crispy from outside and soft from inside. Hummus was mind blowing. Pita bread was soft and made up of wheat. Highly Recommended.
🔹Hummus Chicken Salad :- A perfect healthy meal for salad lovers. Chicken strips was grilled perfectly and topped with creamy hummus, assorted veggies and peppers. Quality and Quantity was too good.
Overall experience was superb. If you crave for hummus, good salad this place is your perfect destination. Highly Recommended.
