I recently had the misfortune of visiting the "Goodluck Westend Mall" and let me tell you, it’s anything but good luck. This place is a chaotic mess, with people randomly shouting out their orders like it’s some kind of free-for-all.
Imagine walking up to the counter, expecting some semblance of order, only to find a scene straight out of a disaster movie. There are no queues. None. Instead, it’s a chaotic jumble of customers yelling their orders, hoping to catch the attention of the overwhelmed and utterly clueless staff.
You might think you can just politely wait your turn, but you'd be wrong. If you try to follow any sort of civilized order, you’ll be standing there forever. The aggressive approach seems to be the only way to get noticed, which turns the whole experience into a stressful shouting match.
The staff? Well, good luck to them too. They have zero control over the situation and seem to have no system in place. It's a wonder they manage to serve anything at all.
In short, It is an exercise in frustration and chaos. If you enjoy battling through disorganization and shouting to be heard, this is your place. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go...

I recently visited Goodluck Cafe at Westend Mall and had a pleasant experience. The service was friendly and prompt, which is always a plus.
For my meal, I opted for a classic combination: coffee, tea, and bun maska. The bill came out to around 200 rupees, which is quite reasonable for a casual cafe setting.
Here's a breakdown of my experience:
Service: The staff was attentive and helpful. My order arrived quickly, and they were happy to answer any questions I had.
Food: I can't speak for the entire menu, but the coffee, tea, and bun maska were all good. The bun maska was fresh and buttery, and the coffee and tea were brewed to a nice strength.
Value: The prices at Goodluck Cafe are fair for the quality and quantity of food you get.
Overall, Goodluck Cafe is a solid option for a quick bite or a casual chat with friends at Westend Mall. It's not a fancy place, but it delivers on the basics with friendly service and good food at...
Read moreWhile at the food court - WESTEND mall, Aundh... Came across this place by Cafe Goodluck... Of course there was no thinking twice about this... Had to order . I have been a Goodluck fan for about 2 decades.. Ordered for a Bun masala omlette with cheese and chicken sausages... And the series of disappointments started.. the order was declined for they did not have sausages available... Ok. So ordered for a Bun masala omlette + mutton Biryani for I remembered the cafe's biryanis to be awesome. The bum omlette was nice... The Biryani was served in a disposable plate which had compartments for lime+onions and gravy. The Biryani compartment was extremely compact.. could not move a grain to mix the rice and masala... Had to ask for another plate after trying for a few minutes... The Biryani was a little over spicy.. but we'll flavoured... I must say... Cafe Goodluck food cannot ever taste the same anywhere else but the Deccan chowk, legendary...
