Café Durga — Restaurant in Pune

Experienced bad service. I had two visits to this place. First visit : Went at 10.00 AM for breakfast. Ordered Upma but was not available. Hence we had to change the order. Ordered bun muska and Sandwich. Bun muska with tea was served in 5 minutes. The sandwich (without grill) was served after 20 minutes. We thought it must be the vegetables they need to cut are taking time. But it was late anyway. We didn't mind much then. Second visit : The very next morning for breakfast again at 11.00 AM. The outlet is very near to our place hence considered it again. Again I ordered Upma but it wasn't available to my very surprise. We ordered Omlet and Bun muska again. This time omlet was served in 5 mins time. The tea we ordered was also served on time. However the bun muska was not being served for 15 mins. I am pure vegetarian so didn't share the omlet with my sister. I was starving still the bun muska didn't came. The people who came after us and their order of misal pav was served before us. Later we cancelled the order. One of the waiters was okay with it. The other who did our bill was very rude. He handed the change in a way that it fell down. This was intentional. We told him that the service is very slow. He gave a reason that he went to buy muska. This is ridiculous. If some item is gonna take time to prepare they should inform the customer before hand. Not at all going back. Not at all...

Visited this veg & nonveg cafe a few days back around 10.45pm in the night with my parents. This cafe closes at 11pm. I had a poor service experience here as initially cafe staff allowed me to dine in & accepted the order for pav bhaji. It took them more than 25 mins to serve the order. It got served after 11pm. But the staff immediately started to ask to consume the ordered food asap as they wanted to close the restaurant. The staff doesn't have any manners and even turned off the major lights to make the experience even more bitter. After complaining to the manager who was also the cashier they switched on lights. Food taste & quality was also below average and never had such poor quality pav bhaji before. The restaurant management is greedy as they allow to dine in there even at 11pm which is their closing time and they delay to serve it and then ask to consume it asap. Avoid this cafe absolutely after...

Food is not that good everything is okay and below average . You can get better food in street. I've ordered

1. masala dosa
2. cheeze nachos
3. pav bhaji Pav is okay but bhaji is not that good has an different taste personally I don't liked it

Masala dosa is average not that good moderate quantity Worst chutney i've ever tasted its directly frozen and sambar was too watery ❌

The worst dish is cheesy nachos I tell my sister not to order fancy dishes at local restaurant but when she ordered it it looks good but it have artificial cheese literally I can't tell you the worst cheese in the world it is tasting like detergent + white colour + soya milk🤮🤢🤢
