Cafe Peter is symbolic with the colour red, which emanates joy and passion for good food and a better environment. You have to climb a set of stairs and the cafe is situated on the first floor. There are pretty paintings of people having a good dining experience. It is truly a perfect place to have coffee and then continue the experience until lunch or dinner.
Let us explore our dining experience:
Blueberry Cookie Shake – Whether you are satiating your sweet tooth or want to have a feel good think shake at any time of the day, this Blueberry thick shake will satisfy your desire. This rich, crunchy, chocolatey, sweet goodness can be finished in no time. The blueberry shake is topped with whipped cream and everyone’s favourite Oreo cookies.
Caramel Frappe – This was a disappointment. The most vital factor of a frappe is the slushy consistency which was missing. Here was a drink with thin consistency and subtle flavours of coffee. We have informed the staff regarding this and they have assured to improve upon the quality and taste of the same.
Crumbled Fish Fingers – I can finish this dish in absolutely no time. These fish fingers were absolutely perfect by being crunchy and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were served with the perfect dip served with seafood which is the tartar sauce. It was zesty with the right balance of pepper, garlic and paprika.
Diced Paneer in Hot Garlic Sauce – Well, this wasn’t the regular oriental dish. The soft pieces of cottage cheese were deep fried and then tossed in a spicy garlic sauce and sesame seeds and then placed on red sauce pasta. This dish was flavourful and it activated my spice buds making me want to have this dish more.
Green Thai curry with steamed rice – You have to go right with Thai curry, otherwise you can go terribly wrong disturbing the entire constitution of this dish. Rice was placed directly on the base of Thai curry. It was well balanced with the coconut milk based gravy and the veggies. I would not say it was one of the best Thai curry I have had but considering this place, I was surprised to have an appetizing curry which had a good balance of flavours.
Stuffed Chicken Diane - The presentation of this dish was mind-blowing. The chicken breast was filled with cheese and then the same steak was topped with cheese sauce. The cheese sauce was absolutely amazing with a thick consistency with mild yet power-packed flavours. It was served with fried potato discs, rice and veggies. The crunch is the veggies was maintained and they were tossed in toothsome paprika.
Oreo Donut – Can you leave Cafe Peter without having Donuts, the answer is absolutely “NO”. We always feel that there cannot be anything better than an oreo except when these oreos are crushed and placed inside donuts. The donut was soaked in lemon syrup which made it slightly and spot on tangy and then the crushed oreo was spread across every corner. It was decorated in a lovely manner with a spiral of cream.

Read more‘Cafe Peter’ has been my go to place for ages. Talking about the Aundh outlet, I’ve been going to this place from last 5 yrs. I remember going to this place earlier for donuts and waffles but gradually I’ve started trying their other food items and ended up liking this place. Well, the place has such chill vibes and cozy ambiance that makes you wanna sit there for hours. It’s an ideal place to catch up with your pals. Also, if you are someone who can’t work from home anymore, you should totally check out this place. They do have good speed Wifi. So, you can work from this place while eating your favourite food or sipping your favourite beverage.
Talking about their food, they are mainly known for Asian and Italian food along with their donuts and coffees. My experience has always been good here but this time I took a step ahead and decided to try something different from my usual order. Starting with the beverages, I have tried their ‘Blueberry Cookie Shake’ which turned out to be heavenly. I would highly recommend this shake. It was a thick shake filled with blueberries and had chunk of Oreo cookies in it. Topped with whipped cream, raw blueberries, blueberry sauce and cookie again. It was so filling and heavenly that I finished it off in no time. Another one was their ‘Caramel Frappe’ which was good in taste but consistency wise it could have been thicker.
Domin on to their food, I will start with ‘Crumbled Fish Fingers’ which is a perfect starter to go with. Crispy from outside and soft from inside. It had a good mild taste. Then there was ‘Diced Paneer in Hot Garlic Sauce’ and as the name suggests it was hot and spicy. My tolerance level for spicy is almost equal to zero but then this dish was so tasty that I couldn’t control myself to eat it more. In this, cottage cheese cubes along with penne were cooked in hot garlic sauce along with bell peppers and onion. The glaze on cottage cheese cubes was enough to tell the taste of this dish. Another one was ‘Green Thai Curry with Rice’ which was again good in taste. The consistency of curry was perfect and taste wise it had a mild yet flavourful taste. Coming to Cafe Peter and not trying their steak is a sin. I totally love their steak and this time I’ve tried a different one. ‘Stuffed Chicken Diane Steak’ has become my absolutely favourite now. The grilled chicken was stuffed with cheese and topped with cheese sauce. It was served with assorted butter fried veggies and potato cutlets. Last but not the least was their donuts. I always end my meal with a donut here. Tried ‘Oreo Donut’ this time which was topped with layer of Oreo cookie powder and turned out to be delish.
Overall, it’s a nice place to be at. Everything is on point. Service is quite smooth and prompt. Also, total...

With multiple outlets dotting the city culinary landscape, Cafe Peterdonuts has become a synonymous name with spending a few hours in a relaxed atmosphere and generally having a good time with family or friends.
Recently I got a chance to check out their Aundh outlet.
Drinks Started off with Mango Lush [Rs. 130] and Oreo Milkshake [Rs. 150].
Mango Lush had the expected flavor of mango yet wasn't overly sweet while the Oreo Milkshake was creamy and delicious. #DeliciousDelicious
Appetizers The Cheese Chilli Toast [Rs. 201] had gratinated bread slice topped with cheese, jalapenos and chilies and served with honey chili dip. Nice crunchy toasted bread, lovely cheesy and spicy topping, this one ticked off all the boxes of a perfect appetizer. #YumYum
The Jalapeno Poppers [Rs. 201], on the other hand, had oodles of gooey cheddar however could not fathom the kick expected from the jalapenos. We did find some finely chopped pieces of jalapenos but not enough to do justice.
Crumble Steak The Gochujang Roasted Steak with Rice [Rs. 302] had chicken breast marinated in gochujang sauce and grilled, and served with hash browns and assorted butter fried veggies. Lovely spicy hit of the gochujang sauce but the chicken was overcooked and chewy.
Pasta The Alfredo Penne Pasta with Chicken [Rs. 218] was another standard dish that we tried. While the chicken was cooked perfectly, the overall dish was lacking taste and flavor. Some more seasoning and the dish would’ve been amazing.
Choco Treat The Classic Hot Chocolate [Rs. 130] was a treat to the eyes and the taste buds. Served hot, that was one cup of delicious chocolate-y heaven. #YumYum #HighlyRecommended
