FabHotel Rajwada — Hotel in Pune

The room was pethatic!! The photo shown in the website are the photos taken at the time of hotel opening. They really don't know how to talk to people who doesn't know their language. Please don't any act of Courteous here. It's money money money, for example we where here for 5 days anf from day one they didn't change the water bottle and on day 3 when I asked for 3 bottles he asked me to pay ₹60. Another example as we are being outsiders we had our friend to pick us up and when he left a call from reception asking for me to pay for the extra bed for which I lost the cool and went down to blast but the person in the reception just said let me check that and he didn't care to say sorry. Water lealing from Ac vent, beds are not clean and they didn't want to change the blanket cover even after requesting. The shower system was not working. I think I should not have paid before reaching the hotel, Thank God our plan was mostly outside and we just used the gloomy room just to sleep or else this visit would be miserable.

Very bad experience. I had booked banquet for my daughter's first birthday party for around 150 guests. The service they provided was unprofessional. They did not stick to the services as they mentioned in the selected food package. I don't think I have spent less money on food. It was 440rs per plate.

Firstly, the starters were served only for half hour, they had promised to serve it for at least one and half hour. So around only 50 guests got starters to eat, that too insufficient. Rest of the guests did not get any starters. So my concern was when they charge so much money per plate, each and every person should get the appropriate quantity of food mentioned in package.

Secondly, they were supposed to provide four types of assorted rotis : rumali, paratha, roti, naan. So there was only roti and naan, rest paratha and rumali was not served at all. Adding to it, the rotis and naan were so cold, burnt and chewy that it was just not possible for the guests to eat it. Nobody were happy with the food quality.

Thirdly, It is supposed to be an AC hall. Only two ACs were working, 2 tons respectively. The Centralized AC was not working throughout the function. So, as its summer, it was so suffocating in the hall. Very very disappointed, and regret, why I booked the hotel. I...

Did a late check in with my family. We landed at 12 in pune so after dinner we reached there by 1:30 am, the main door was closed and no watchman or anything at the door to let us in. 2.After 10 minutes of calling the app that i used for Booking, they contacted hotel manager, and he sent a guy and let us in the hotel. We had booked a triple sharing room, the manager tells us that you have just booked triple sharing, but for an extra bed you have to pay 800 extra, otherwise you have to adjust on the same bed. The lift doesn't work, he started the lift for 5 mnts to get us the luggage on the third floor, but soon shut it down and even in the day, it wasn't working. There are no passage lights, the lock knob from within the room is broken And Near the lock in the door, there is a hole of 2-3 inches. I requested manager for one hour or at least 30 minutes late check out, and i got told no in a very cold way. The management doesn't seem to care at all about guest's comfort. The rooms are extremely small and unclean. The water heater doesn't work.and the bathrooms are in extremely bad state. In essence, dont book this hotel based on the photos you see online, might as well book a small room...
