Disappointing Experience: Hotel Stay Amidst Construction Noise

I recently stayed here for 1 Night, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to ongoing construction noise nearby. While the hotel itself had its charms, the incessant racket from the construction site next door significantly marred my stay.

Upon checking in, I wasn't informed about the construction, which was already in full swing. The noise began early in the morning and persisted throughout the day, making it nearly impossible to relax or enjoy any semblance of tranquility in my room. Instead of waking up to the gentle hum of the city, I was greeted by the jarring sounds of heavy machinery and banging. The disruption wasn't limited to just noise; there were also occasional vibrations that reverberated through the walls, adding to the discomfort

While I understand that renovations and development are necessary, especially in bustling urban areas, it's disappointing that the hotel didn't take proactive measures to mitigate the impact on guests. A simple heads-up about the construction when booking or upon check-in would have allowed me to make an informed decision or at least mentally prepare for the inconvenience

The Lift in Very Very Compact hardly accommodates 2 people.

I did the booking at around 3 pm, and went to hotel at around 5 pm. Inspite of the 2 hours head start, the hotel room was not available. We went and requested for looking at the room before we make payment during check in, but prepping to show us the room took almost 30 min. The guest who came after us was provided the room, and we were kept waiting. Room was okay, but hardly any ventilation. Toilet was having wierd smell and toilet floor was very slippery. Next day morning we went for breakfast at earlier intimated time, but nothing was prepared..the sitting area was littered with garbage of tissues, food on floor.. After we asked them, they swept the area. Food was okay.. Overall, extremely bad experience. Would not suggest the hotel for...

We had booked a room from treebo and 1 guest was added as a triple occupancy for which we spoke with treebo they said to talk to the hotel it will be done also hotel representative was agreed to give an extra bed at cost. When we reached at the hotel the hotel person refused to give it dispite of we being ready to pay for extra. We asked for single occupancy room for which they said us double the cost. The room service is also worst the rooms were not cleaned as we stayed for 2 nights.

Such hotels should be closed down for...
