Improvement/suggestion for the shop owner: staff wasn't well trained to take customized orders and didn't provide any suggestions/options. We had to explain in detail what we wanted.

There was a customer before me and the guy out there didn't charge him anything but when i asked for a carry bag he replied rudely and when I told him I had to take it far on the bike he rudely replied and took extra money with arrogant reply. And the customer before me weren't charged any. This behaviour was really very very bad
