โ๐โโ Disturbing atmosphere created by the owner itself.. The lady owner on Dashera 2025 was shouting non stop to its staff for orders n she was not shouting but yelling n it was non stop.i had got my guest who came from other city specially for eating parathas in Pune on my recommendation.. The owner didn't bother that on new day people customers come to have food for peace n I had come from wanowrie so far for just peaceful n tasty eating but none other then the owner itself was yelling so worst n it was for almost 1 hour 10-11:15 we had to literally change tables n it was so bad dat the waiters itself were not ready to suggest or take orders and when reached counter she non stop kept shouting in front of customers n didn't bother n replied later . Now after the atmosphere got disturbed totally n our peace was hampered and the guest who had come to eat parantha specially got parantha amritsari combo which actually had only aalu parantha in it wid dal makhni ,chole n raita chutney.
No achar served n butter added was tasting like margarine .on asking was said it was amul.we r foodies n we knw as we cook what amul butter tastes n looks like n in hot parantha it melts easily n this didn't.n tasted yalk.blan.amul is salty.
There were no chole in chole sabji. Dal makhani was salty n curd was khatta n as no waiter bothered except one who served us achar lately n the owner was not at all focusing on the dinning customers nor cared nor bothered hampering her own business.
After recommending so strongly past few years to so many people having been served with such environment noisy n disturbing food .our experience turned into worst n the guest just left pune not wanting to taste any further paranthas in Pune
N what was worst was we wanted to order so many things but due to the chaos n taste n least bothered attitude n ignoring the customers sitting in front we just had to leave.
We were gona try chinese gobi manchurian ,lassi patiyala, noodles , rice n more paranthas n we also wanted to take parcel for 5 n next day for my uncles birthday I wanted to celebrate at this place .
Thank God I visited one day prior my huge money was saved. We almost 25-30 people were gona cum n book but due to such annoying behaviour n ignorance we prefered to change the destination.
Requesting not to shout labours in front of customers as it impacts ur work n customers who wish to njoy food they feel terrible as it impacts service n...

You need to order food by going at bill counter, waiter will not come to table for taking order. Then you need to search for Waiter to handover bill to him to bring your order at your table The Lassi we ordered was Patiala lassi which was not a lassi at all, it was a Shrikhand in form of lassi We order 3 parathas out of which pahadi paratha, mix veg paratha was stinking & hugely spicy that you can not eat a couple of bites of these parathas Staff is very very arrogant & not at all come to your table once you take order No tissue paper available & when asked then took tissue paper from some where & given them in your hand directly, no paper stand on table No pujabi nan/roti/kulch available, you need to eat Panjabi subji with paratha only Starters are also very very spicy & without taste No fan/cooler available & space is very congested & we have been asked to seat on table which is immediately next to washroom. In peak winter we are sweating there as space is very congested & next to kitchen area & you will get lot of fumes around you & you will get sweats as there are almost no...
