Domino's Pizza | Amchi colony, Bhavdhan — Restaurant in Pune

I ordered pizza from this outlet and it was delivered late. When I reached out to customer care they told me to reach to store. Store attendant told me that refund will be credited to dominos wallet, but even after waiting for 2 weeks it was never credited. I called back and they told me that I should go to store where they can give me offer on dine in and pick up pizzas. I went to store and ordered pizza, but bill they gave to me was of different pizza. And charged me more than usual pizza prize and adjusted discount. Pizza they gave me was also really bad at taste probably they saved some cost while making as it was discounted pizza.

I’d suggest don’t order pizza at least from this outlet. I had really good experience with dominos earlier but this outlet completely...

Yesterday, at around 10.30 pm, I ordered (done in) a large Chicken Dominator with extra cheese at this branch. It cost me about 1k, inclusive of the cold drink. It took us a while to finish the Pizza. It was impeccably prepared and delightful indeed!

A couple visited the branch at around 12 am after reading the sign outside that says that they're open till 1 am. The store personnel debated with them that despite the sign the oven has been turned off and they won't be able to serve the customer. During the conversation the argument included questions like "where did you come from here?" "there are five branches from Shivaji Nagar to here" Ultimately, shooing them off.

The Pizza was divine, but the staff didn't seem to like the delayed...

U have order from this branch 5 times pizza but they delivered only 1 time and 4 times they cancelled from there side always telling sir today road is blocked sir today this jayanti sir today this function sir today this holiday so heavy traffic they work only for money only for big orders they will not delivered ur small order like 230 amount bill my daughter likes the corn pizza I book for her whenever she wants but at that time they are making to cry evrtimme I’m booking from them this 230 rs will make them to fall at zero life this one day will happen because they are hurting for small kids what food they are liking they are ignoring pls we are not satisfy this ur doing...
