Disappointed Yet Again – 3rd Time Facing the Same Issues

This is the third time I’ve had a poor experience at this Belgium Waffle outlet, and unfortunately, nothing seems to improve.

Quality and quantity of the waffles are consistently below expectations — either the waffles are undercooked, lack proper fillings, or just don’t match the standards they promise.

What’s worse is the lack of basic amenities:

No tissue paper available

No drinking water

Overall hygiene and service seem to be an afterthought

It’s frustrating when even the basics aren't taken care of, especially after repeated visits. Clearly, feedback isn't being taken seriously.

Very un professional staff , Belgian waffle gives 20% discount to students from Monday to Friday but the staff said they don't know how to process it while billing so no discount was given despite company policy. Also the staff is buzy processing online orders and don't give any priority and service to customers who visit the outlet more of a cloud kitchen very very unpleasant experience. Recently went there to have dark chocolate overloaded waffle but they served it cold and it was not cooked properly. When I asked them why you are giving cold and stale waffles, they told me ‘esa hi hota hai, pehle se bana kr rakha tha’. I am paying you full price of waffle and you are giving bad quality food. I felt sick because of it.
