Domino's Pizza | Gokhalenagar, Pune — Restaurant in Pune

recently visited the Domino’s outlet at the Phoenix building on SB Road, and I was absolutely appalled by the service and behavior of the staff members, particularly Gaurang. From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was lacking, to say the least. The staff seemed disinterested in helping customers and displayed an alarming lack of professionalism.

Gaurang, in particular, was rude and dismissive when I tried to place an order. His tone was inappropriate and bordered on vulgar, which is entirely unacceptable in a customer service setting. The rest of the staff did not fare any better, either. Their lack of basic manners and hospitality made the entire experience uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, the cleanliness and hygiene of this outlet were seriously neglected. It is evident that the management does not take food safety seriously, as the kitchen appeared untidy, and there was no attention to ensuring a sanitary dining environment. This reflects poorly on the entire Domino’s brand, which I had expected to uphold a certain standard.

Overall, the service and food quality at this Domino’s are a disgrace to the franchise. It’s evident that this outlet does not value its customers, nor does it strive to maintain even the minimum standards of hospitality. I strongly suggest considering other dining options if you are...

I have ordered pizza from Domino's official app. I have to wait for 50 minutes for my delivery and ask for free order. The delivery told me to call the restaurant we all are trying to call the restaurant but none is picking up the call.The delivery boy shaken and run away without delivering the order. As per Dominoz 30 minutes free delivery policy. But Actually this policy is a scam just to please the customer. Because they never give free pizzas at all. After that we are trying to call the restaurant then he told me some undisclosed rule that due to cricket match time limit is invalid, which is pathetic. Now the restaurant guy speaks rudely and says that neither we will get the delivery nor the money. I have also call the centralised dominoz and he is agreed that order must be free. Now who will solve this conflict. When I have asked restaurant guy for my delivery then he disgustedly said that no order will be delivered. #Fake30 minute delivery #DominozIsAScam #BadBehavior...

I had the worst experience with this restaurant. After waiting for an hour after placing the order They cancelled my order on their own even though I paid for it in advance & didn't even inform me. I never got a refund for the cancelled order. When I called the store they didn't pick up at first then they told me I have to reorder so I did & paid again n the pizza i received were stale & had very hard crust worst I've ever eaten from Domino's. Even the delivery guy was rude & refused to give me 2 extra herbs although I ordered 2pizzas..So basically I paid twice for only one order that too was disappointing & now They're showing no concern for my refund request for the 1st order they cancelled whatsoever. Pls don't pay in advance & don't order from this restraunt . I'm definitely never gonna order from here as they have no concern for customers nd...
