Mainland China , one the best place in the city to have authentic Chinese & Pan Asian cuisine . The place is really one of the good to spend your time with amazing food & good - classy ambience with the pan asian food with proper taste & flavours which i personally loved . With their seating arrangements in wooden chair , couch & table is comfortable with bright table spot lights . We were here to try their Chinese New Year Menu 😋 . So let's explore the menu now .

Moctail Spicy Guava - The amazing Refreshing mocktail that i love always , with its thick guava flavour & spicy - salty edges of glass makes it all hot & salty in taste , like you can feel the salty punch first but the spice at last which is damn amazing .

Japanese Pan Fried Mushroom Dimsums - Good cooked dimsums madeup of Mushroom stuffing , this panfried Dimsums with truffel oil , served with Salad .

Stir Fried Water-chestnuts in Hunan Style - Fresh Water Chestnuts in Hunan style . The fresh juicy water chestnuts in hot & bit spicy flavours made in veggies . This was damn true good & diffrent for me as i have never liked water chestnuts much , but this time i really loved them

Matchstick Potato with Truffel Oil - Potatoes fine chopped & made in truffle oil , with bit crisp & salty flavour . They were into fine thin slices so were too good with bit crisp & sorted flavours .

Fortune Clay Pot Vegetables - Veggies like Beans , Mushrooms , Haricot beans , Broccoli , Water-chestnuts etc . Made in Fortune Sauce , with soupy texture & rich with veggies made in fortune sauce that is made in house itself .

6.Celery & Chinese Cabbage Fried Rice - Accompanied this with Fortune Clay Pot Vegetables , white rice made in veggies like celery , cabbage , beans etc . Which tasted very good & good combination with clay pot vegetable .

Singaporean Style Fried Noodles with Scallions - Good & proper style Fried Noodles in celery & scallions . The flavourful noodles were really good also they tasted too good with Schezwan Sweet Spicy Chilly Sauce Served .

Coconut Dumpling - The hot coconut dumpling i.e grated wet coconut made in with the sugar & stuffed into the dumpling & cooked well , they tasted truely amazing with the caramel sauce over it which gave it amazing touch !! & Satisfied Desserts make your table fullfield .

Hot Chocolate Roll - The roll stuffed with fresh baked chocolate flavoured brownie with the Caramel sauce over .

Mango Mousse - The mousse made with Mango flavour which was quite good , the good texture & balanced sweetness madeit all perfect !

The place is really amazing !! All the way serving you good Chinese cuisine in authentic style ! Which you would love definitely , specially i loved the vareity in veg here .

Mainland China needs no introduction when it comes to authentic chinese food, the place has gained great response across the country and is continuing the history with great food and good ambience with quick service.

Recently visited the mainland china outlet which is located in the happening area of SB road, the ambience of this place gives you a royal rich chinese vibes as soon as you enter the place you are greeted by the staff with a big smile which makes your mood and gives addition to your experience.

Coming on to the food which i tried here:

1)STIR FRIED WATER CHESTNUT IN HUNAN SAUCE:Crisp fried water chestnuts tossed in human sauce, the water chestnut had a good crispy texture and the sauce was mild and subtle coated on every water chestnut, a nicely made dish with subtle flavours.

2)PAN FRIED BARBECUED FISH:The fish was fried with beyond perfection and the barbeque sauce was firmly coated on the fish and just at the first bite it gave a crisp and juicy flavour of barbeque sauce.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

3)PICKLED CORIANDER CHICKEN:This was boneless and soft chicken pieces tossesd in pickled coriander sauce, the dish had a tangy and mild flavour with fenugreek seeds, the flavours were balanced and the fenugreek seeds maintained the flavour of dish, too good.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

4)DOUBLE SPICY CHENGDU CHICKEN:This was huge boneless pieces of chicken drenched in spicy sauce and tossed in vegetables.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

5)LOTUS LEAF WRAPPED RICE WITH CORN KERNELS AND ALMONDS:This rice was soft, fluffy and tossed in corn kernels, the corns were properly boiled and sweet and gave a good touch to rice.

6)SINGAPORE STYLE FRIED NOODLES WITH BEANSPROUTS:The noodles were nicely fried with beansprouts and gave a subtle flavour with a slight crunch of beansprouts.

7)SIZZLE BROWNIE:This was soft and moist brownie with huge size and was topped with vanilla ice-cream and was served on a sizzling plate and was topped with chocolate sauce which was thin in consistency because of which it spread on the entire brownie and gave a sizzling effect, the brownie was soft and dense, the vanilla ice-cream was creamy and balanced in sweetness and the chocolate sauce enhanced the flavours.

This outlet is located at SB Road in the ICC tower parking is not an issue they have their valet parking. Talking about the Service & Hospitality they are quick, Attentive & will greet you with a warm welcome! The Ambience is lovely that depicts the Chinese culture. Now let's head towards the food Here to mention I m a Vegetarian, Besides Non Veg their Veg Menu is also Worth a Try Started with a Tea,Headed then onto the Lichi Basil Mocktail that was super Refreshing Then the Pinacolda is a Pineapple based Mocktail Stir Fried Water Chestnuts Hunan Style Omg they were just amazing. Firstly I tried them for the first time & the crunch with every bit is a must try dish *The Veg Momos had a very Authentic taste *Stir Fried Vegetables with five spice is a healthy dish for the health conscious ppl with baby corn, broccoli, mushroom etc veggies tossed in spices& sauce super healthy *Steamed Vegetable Dumplings Sichuan Style were dumplings in a soup & I had fun trying them with chopsticks Actually The Veg Soup Consistency was good served hot *Okra,corn potato in chilly bean sauce is something different & innovative u should try this if you love Bhendi, it's a new twist to Bhendi *Stir Fried Vegetables with cottage cheese & Roasted garlic had the garlic aroma & the cottage cheese was soft *Singaporean Style Noodles were damn Good *Coming to the Rice the lotus leaf Wrapped Rice was delicious it came inside a bamboo basket inside wrapped around the lotus leaf with corn kernels & almonds *Let's not forget the sides The Stir Fried Haricot Beans were properly cooked Ending this review on a sweet note let's come to the Desserts- My Fav Rambutan Ice Cream- Ye toh have must hai Mainland China aaye aur ye nahi khaya toh kya khaya, it's a nitrogen based Rambutan With Vanilla Ice cream! It presented well& is one of the best desserts Next is the Chocolate Cigar Rolls- Filled with chocolate just melts in your mouth The Mango Pudding was Gooey garnished with a mint leaf..AHH I liked this pudding a lot & Lastly the Caramel Custard has a coconut flavour Based, Yummy!
