Eatery Name : Nine Square India One more from the den of celeb Chef Ajay Chopra, “Nine Square" .... although no new
This All Veg Bistro Is Conceptualized By Celebrity Chef Ajay Chopra which convictions in the idea of the farm to fork, it's a absolutely veggie-lover paradise.
Ambiance: got both indoor and open-air seating arrangements. Overall it gives you awesome vibes :)
After running through there menu "छोटा पॅकेट बडा धमाका" sort of feeling came from inside... Again don't cite me with "छोटा " they are huge…
There Menu listed with a decent variety of Mocktails, Coffees, Breakfast, Starters, main Course etc... . FOOD Experience: After settling, we were offered with Menu alongside with Bowl full of Peri Peri flavored Popcorn's (I confirmed with staff, Pop-corn are on the house and are served to all Customers).
From Mocktails Drinks: Kokum Martini: A Desi tadka Mocktails version with the base ingredient as kokum syrup, Lemon & Soda, it had a tropically refreshing taste for sure.
Salads: it was a harmonious blend of Cucumber, Tomato (petal Shaped), rounded scoped small watermelon balls, Radish, tossed in virgin oil and topped with Feta and in-house seasonings. Although it was named " Not your regular salad", for me to some extent it was Regular Salad which I usually tasted at salad bars. Without a doubt, I can't overlook that freshness in the green exotic veggies for sure. Starters: Mahabaleshwar Corn Fritters: basically, A Corn पकोडा served along with coriander chutney, Why Mahabaleshwar? so long story short, we as a whole have attempted corn at Mahabaleshwar, with a similar manner of thinking they thought of this dish add to this Chef twist, It was a really tantalizing treat! no doubt.
4 pieces with not too bad size. Less oily & not too hard to chew.
Blackjack shev puri: Activated charcoal puri (Larger in size than conventional Puri) topped with lots Nylon shev, on aloo and in-house spices, All ingredients combined together in a vibrant chorus. Served with 4 puri’s, although the cost factor for this dish makes it a bit bitter :(.
Hot Garlic Paneer Tikka: Perfect sized paneer cube stuffed with Hot Garlic sauce, it was nice attempt however this starter failed to impress me, No Doubt all Paneer was fresh so do all ingredients. But still, it failed to impress me. My Feedback was shared with Chef.
Chole Samosa Chaat: The street food favorite bound to please the most demanding of taste buds, Very well justify the quantity serve to the cost. Chole taste was very close to Amritsari style, so was the Samosa Crisp.
Pao Bhaji Spring Roll: I am in Love with this, Bhaji stuffed in spring roll taste authentic, also the roll layers were crisp and i didn’t have to struggle a lot while cutting. #Musttry.
Grilled Vegetables Mac & Mozza Gratini: This sounds to me progressively French style(Gratin)recipe, a casserole-style dish made with lots of marinated grilled exotic vegetables, Pesto, Macaroni and topped with Mozzarella Cheese. I am extremely certain this will be a family top pick. In main we were served with Dal Makhani which was winning pair of Black lentils and hand pounded spices ( In houses) and which they claim to be cooked traditionally. It won't be major ordeal on the off chance that you give a miss on Khumb Hara Pyaaz, But I will insist to try Awadhi Pulao contains mix vegetables cooked in Dum style, and it would be a big miss if you don’t try there Chur Chur Naan. Overall, it was truly a nice experience where i kind of like many things and for few we can give a miss.
Verdict: Those who believe that vegetarians lack food options will reconsider their thoughts after visiting this all-day veg bistro. Insider’s tips : They have a Kids special menu some 7-8 items with the same pricing for each item. i.e. 150 Rs. Then they have some Express Lunch menu for working professional & Buffet on the table. Checkout with the restaurant for more details. Their ice-cream flavors are unique such as Spiced Guava, Turkish hazelnut and Lonavala chikki, amongst...

The name is Nine Square in Creaticity Mall, Shastrinagar, Yerwada. The ambience of the place is simple yet classy. Nice, cosy and warm vibes of this place makes you feel comfortable to enjoy the time. The menu is specially curated by the celebrity chef Ajay Chopra. Each of the dishes are sure to blow your mind with its taste, innovative concept and idea behind it. What we tried :
SOUPS :- #Thyme scented Mushroom Soup:- The richness and deliciousness of this soup is sure to make you fall in love with mushrooms, if you aren't in love with it. The crostini served alongside was really good.
Slow Roast Tomato Basil Soup:– Thick and creamy essence of slow-roasted tomato made this soup really flavorful. The flavour of basil added punch to the overall taste. The crostini served with it was also nice.
SALAD :- Detox Salad Bowl:- Though I am not a Salad person, but this is the best combo of Kale, Sprouts, Green Apple, Pomegranate, honey and lemon. Must try.
MOCKTAILS:- #Orange Kaffir Lime:- A sweet and sour mix of Orange and Kaffir Lime, which is a very refreshing drink and make your mood relaxed. Perfect for the people who like their mocktails little tangy.
#Kokum Martini :- This is must try drink. Perfect mix of kokum syrup, lemon and soda.
It's a quite unique yet really soothing drink.
STARTERS:- #Chaat Cornetto:- The best part of Indian food is the street food specially the Chaats. The bestest Chaat you can get is in Delhi. So this is a typical Purani Dilli style Aloo Chaat but with a twist. The chaat is served in a cone. The cone is really crispy and inside there are small chunks of fried potatoes mixed with spices and chutneys to give it a delicious tangy taste. Definitely a must try.
#Dabeli Croquettes:- Another street food from the states of Gujarat and Maharashtra is the Dabeli.
The same was served but again with a twist. The crisp crust with sweet and tangy filling of dabeli mixture makes the dish a perfect snack. The chutney served along added to the overall flavor. Loved it.
#Dilli wali Aloo Tikki:- Yet another Delhi wala chaat served amazingly. Aloo tikki fried in desi ghee till crisp, topped with curd and chutneys. The hot tikki with cold creamy curd and tanginess of chutneys is pure bliss. It's not a taste but a feeling that can only be experienced.
#Smoked Chilly Cottage Cheese:- As the name suggests, the dish is a little spicy one. Yet a very simple but amazing dish. The Paneer cubes were cooked really well and the sauce in which it was cooked was spicy as well as little tangy. Loved it.
#Soya Chaaps:- This is a must try dish. Non Vegetarians, if visiting this place, then you can try the soya chaaps. The same is cooked so nicely that you will love it. The chaaps were really yummy and tender. You will love every bit of it.
MAINS:- #The Burrito Bowl:- After having so many delicious starters, we only tried this burrito bowl ( as we were so full). The burrito bowl consisted of paneer steaks, fajita veggies, refried beans, mexican rice, and fried tortilla. Nicely cooked and all along a meal in it. Definitely worth trying.
DESSERTS:- #Belgian Chocolate cake:- Definitely worth a try for the chocolate lovers. The rich chocolate cake was really delicious and yummy. And a perfect way to end this superb dinner.
#Purani Delhi Kulfi Falooda – Another famous dish from Delhi. This dessert beats all fancy desserts I have ever tried. The bite will definitely remind you if your childhood. Must-Try dessert.
Overall experience was really amazing. An amazing place for everyone one to hangout. Some delicious dishes that surely won my heart and taste that can never be forgotten. Definitely...
