FML - Food Music Love (Kharadi) — Restaurant in Pune

Place has got nice ambiance and location. Service and taste of food is also not bad at all but the biggest and most disturbing thing is about the rates of the drinks they charge. They have got a system of displaying the rates on the TV displays at the location, same rates are displayed on the app too, which they request you to download and install on your Phones. Once you refer those rates and start ordering, they switch of the displays after sometime and start charging you at the rate they want. As you already have noted the rate of your drink, you will think it will be same even if the TV is off. Strangely, that's not the case. You get shocked when the bill arrives, as the rates displayed over there (much higher) have no connection with the rates you noted from the App or the switched off displays. When you try to raise it with manager, he conveniently accepts it to be a technical fault on the APP and TV displays but asks you to pay the full amount of the bill.

Most interesting part is there is no rate card (like hard copy or something) given to the customers if the App and displays are showing faulty rates. There is no document to take reference from, for the rates being charged in the bill. You have to pay what they have charged you.

So if you love to be surprised (rather shocked) with bill amount, please do visit these place but others (more traditional once), who like to know the rates of drinks they are ordering, should stay away from this place.

Final words- not a good experience. Rates charged was too much more than rates being displayed...

I had planned and organized a corporate casual dining here and my experience of it was just AWESOME. Ashish, the manager here gave me very competitive pricing for a weekday dinner, separate space for around 30 persons and good choice for soups, starters and main course. I had arrived at venue little earlier to look after arrangements and I felt space was little cramped for 30(we promised 25 a ppl guarantee). But when we requested Ashish, he gave us one more table of six. In veg, corn cheese balls and Paneer Tikka were okay but crispy veg was not as good as we expected. In non veg starters, Chicken garlic dry, chicken 65 and fish fingers all were good. Initially there were many mosquitoes but on request our captain Emanuel, lit up few coils which was a respite, but after 7.30 pm they started diffusers to counter warm weather and then we didn't face any problem with mosquitoes. At around 8pm, they started DJ and we started dancing. Music could have been better as some numbers were not just dancing numbers. But still we had great fun. They have good dance floor space and it can accommodate 25-30 ppl at a time. Service was little slow , we being a big crowd, but attitude and willingness to listen n help was just amazing. I went to this place yesterday with my office couleagues , this people are "CHEATING" on drinks , we reached there at 7.30 and ordered Antiquity blue which was in offer at Rs 51 for 30 ml till 11 pm we have ordered 15 large pegs and when the final bill came they have charged Rs.200/ for large per pegs which was showing Rs.100/ as per display in screen..when we argued the said the offers which was showing in screen was a technical fault ...i mean i should i pay double the amount for the technical fault... Finally they knew their fault from their side and remain silent and have given 10percent discount..Guys these are all marketing strategy check twice before u order for drinks which were on diaplay..bcoz they will fool u at last when the final bill will come....will "STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND" not to go FML...
