Fusion Kitchen We recently visited Fusion Kitchen located in Kothrud. The ambience of this place is pretty decent and is spacious. They have inner seating arrangements, the plant climbers there offers a pleasant vibe. The staff here is cooperative and their service is timely. We started with appetizers, I would recommend you guys to try their- •Tawa chicken which was marinated well and then cooked in a few spices which were too good. #musttry •Harabhara kebab melted in the mouth instantly and was just detectable. #musttry •Veg honey thread was something new which I tried for the first time and instantly fell in love with. #musttry •Achari wings, as the chicken was marinated in a blend of spices, the tangy taste of curd and also spices made it enjoyable. The mint chutney was served along with it. #musttry •Pav Bhaji Sliders- This was a fusion indeed where buns replaced the regular pavs and buns were stuffed with bhaji and topped with cheese and onion. Taste-wise it was delish. A different concept indeed. For the main course, we hogged on- •Paneer Banjara Masala and Sag wala Chicken accompanied with Roti basket. Both the gravies had the right consistency and were super delectable. For me, sag wala chicken stood out the most. They served several rotis, each one had the peculiar taste and the gravy had along with it made it enjoyable. Don't miss it when you're here! •Lemongrass Chicken Sizzler- It comprised of the fusion of rice and noodles, rightly cooked lemongrass flavoured chicken chunks, fries and sauteed veggies. Lemongrass flavour chicken with rice-noodles tasted yum. We ended our meal on a sweet note by having their- •Malai Kulfi, which was the creamy and the best.

Dabeli Panini : sounds interesting hai na…? Where you’ll get eat dableli in panini bread 😍 the perfect fusion , loved it..!

Prawns Tawa Masala : this was bang on.. it sounds simple but tastes ultimately delicious 🤤 Prawns were cooked to the utmost perfection 💯

Murgh Chilada Kebabs : this dish will make you fan of it ; it’s that amazing in taste , the moment you break or bite the kebab the cheese inside oozes out in your mouth and that feeling is 🤤

All The mains were good in taste ; Specially Nawabi Kofta it was looking so rich and was beyond that rich in taste ; presentation part 10/10

Ending on a sweet note with Seasonal Lassi n Gulabjam with Rabbi ; Beautifully Presented 😍
