Hidden Place -The hang-out — Restaurant in Pune

We were as good as robbed on the bill in this restaurant. We had seen a 50% off offer in swiggy valid for lunch in this restaurant and we went there and then a Bengali waiter over there told us that if we avail swiggy offer then thier offer on drinks will not be valid so as the offer of swiggy was 50% discount on the bill we decided to go with that. When we were done with our food and drinks we asked for the bill, 5 minutes before the bill was bought to us we were able to see this 50% offer valid in swiggy but when this waiter bought the bill the offer was showing as closed. It sounded fishy as five minutes before the offer was valid just 5 minutes before the bill was bought and suddenly the offer was gone..so we had to pay the full I'll with another offer of just 150 rupees less on the over all bill.

Another big issue which we saw on the bill was they had mentioned that they levy 10% service charges which as per government rule is not allowed but as this was our first visit we ignored it but then we realised that they charged us 14% instead of 10% (7% for food and 7% for drinks)

We landed paying GST which is compulsory+ service charge which in total amounted us paying just taxes of 1000 rs which is nothing to do with the food one consumes.

We landed giving rs 1000extra and moreover did not get the offer as we think that waiter did some hanky panky and got that offer closed just before the bill

I had an amazing time at Hidden Place Resto Bar. The ambiance was perfect—cozy, vibrant, and just the right vibe for a relaxed evening out. The food was delicious, the drinks were spot on, and the music added to the great atmosphere.

A special shoutout to Sanjeet for his outstanding service! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His warm hospitality really made the experience memorable.
