We had horrible experience at the outlet. 1st of all we were promised table in 10 mins whereas we have to wait for more than an hour. Our family elders and 3-5yrs kids were very anxious and hungry because of the delay. After getting table and placing order while waiting we were not served with correct order. Again after complaining we got it changed. By the time other guest (group of 20 odd mid age family members, who seems educated and well mannered but acted like illiterates) started their birthday celebration very near to our table with top of their voice and the inhouse singer and musicians joined them with full volume. Our kids were not able to bear the loud noise but it has no impact on their celebration or with hotel staff. We waited patiently for the celebration to get over but then they started dancing right there (even though there was no dance floor or DJ). The celebrating family had no courtesy of checking if other guests are comfortable with this... And even hotel management was not bother. Finally after the noise and shouting became unbearable for us and i have to walk to the hotel management to complaint. We received apologies for the name sake. We ended our horrible dinner with firm decision not to visit the place again. Family guest should avoid such places to save them some horrible...
Read moreI visited today with my son for a quiet evening. I informed Jagannath, the Waiter that I am a patient and cannot eat chillies, pepper, garam masala and hence my food needs to be prepared fresh. And I explained to him twice in different ways. Also saying if something happens to me, he will have to take me to Sanjivani Hospital next door. We ordered regular Chicken Curry with gravy. What can possibly go wrong after so much of clear-cut instructions.
We get a watery curry and just one bite and I started perspiring. My mouth was burning. Phew! And Mr Jagannath was unwilling to understand or accept that he had goofed up. I had to return it. Those people seriously need some sensitivity training.
On the other hand, Vishwajit Biswas, a new Waiter was helpful, friendly and smiling.
The place otherwise if okay types though not equivalent to the hype & showbaazi it creates.
The Reshmi Kebabs we good, soft and better taste. But, expensive for this place. Rs. 430/- is way too high.
Never. Never am I visiting this...
Read moreTHE WAITERS HERE SCAMMED US!!! We asked the waiter for chicken specialities and he kept insisting we try the fish items....and refused to suggest good chicken items. The fish item was absolutely average and nothing special about it.....all fish items in the menu card were approximately 600-700 rs max. when we got the bill, the fish "speciality"-starter was charged a whopping 2,600 rs. This price was no where mentioned in the menu card nor the black board outside nor did the waiter have the common courtesy to mention the price. This is absolutely a FRAUDULENT MALPRACTICE and deserves being called out. Upon highlighting this to the scamster waiter, he refused to acknowledge his mistake and kept insisting that this is how it works in this fraudulent establishment. The good food and decent service otherwise has been completely overshadowed by such behaviour.
WE ARE NEVER EVER VISITING THIS PLACE AGAIN AND WOULD REQUEST YOU TO CONSIDER THIS!!! There are better Mughlai places than this in...
